Monthly inspections will be submitted prior to usage and kept on file in Deutsches Haus site office, monthly lifting accessories inspections will also be kept in Deutsches Haus site office

To be determined at point of lift by Crane Co-ordinator, no un-authorised personal will be allowed within the Lifting Zone whilst works are in progress
Banksman will ensure the safe passage of movement at all times by staying in direct line of sight of the crane operator were possible and maintain radio contact at all times
The area for loading and unloading will be agreed prior to lifting operation commencing The load will arrive at an agreed time nd will be positioned by the Banksman
Prior to lifts the Lift Supervisor will ensure that the crane accessories are fit for purpose with a visible inspection
11.0 How will the suspended load be controlled? (e.g tag line etc)
Tag-lines will be used to control the lift and will be fitted prior to lifting

17.1 Tower Crane Rescue
HBC are in control of all Tower Crane Operations, therefore all Rescue Arrangements are to
be implemented by HBC
Fully Trained Operatives in Tower Crane Rescue must be present on site at all times whilst Tower Cranes Operations are taking place

The following PPE is to be worn to comply with HBC/Mace requirements
