Foreign languages - majors are increasingly mentioned as an indispensable factor in the process of creating a premise for international integration, namely Industrialization and Modernization of the country In this process, the problem is that the education and training sector needs to have fundamental and strong reforms in order to provide the country with highly qualified and effective workers
in the new circumstances The teaching and learning of specialized foreign languages at undergraduate and graduate levels is also not beyond the above goal Specialized foreign languages as a "bridge" of Vietnam's economy and culture with the outside world

Nowadays, English holds the position of popular and important language all over the world, more and more people are learning English because it is used everywhere It has become the language of international communication and it has become a universal language Knowing a lot of English will open the door to knowledge That's why many people around the world learn English
Knowing English increases your chances of getting a good job in a multinational company within your home country or finding work abroad It’s also the language of international communication, the media, and the internet, so learning English is important for socializing and entertainment as well as work! English is used for far more than communicating with tourists It is the de facto international language, used universally in business, science, arts, diplomacy, and other areas of international cooperation

Để học tốt tiếng Anh bạn phải rèn luyện 4 kỹ năng chính Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết đây là những kỹ năng chính (vĩ mô) bạn cần để giao tiếp bằng bất kỳ ngôn ngữ nào Chỉ giỏi một trong những kỹ năng này sẽ không giúp bạn giao tiếp được,
vì vậy bạn cần thực hành và bốn kỹ năng Ví dụ, bạn cần phải có khả năng đọc tốt trước khi bạn có thể viết tốt Bạn cũng cần phải có khả năng nghe trước khi bạn có thể nói Ngoài ra còn có phát âm, từ vựng và ngữ pháp
Part 2 THỰC TRẠNG TIẾNG ANH CỦA SINH VIÊN
Thực trạng học sinh Việt Nam hiện nay rất đáng lo ngại vì thiếu kiến thức tiếng Anh cơ bản Nếu tiếng Anh hiện nay đã trở nên phổ biến với hầu hết mọi lứa tuổi thì không có lý do gì học sinh lại không thành thạo ngôn ngữ này Nhưng những bài kiểm tra đầu vào mới cho thấy, kiến thức tiếng Anh của học sinh gần như bị hổng hoàn toàn, mất căn bản Một bộ phận học sinh học tiếng Anh trong trường để đối phó Vẫn còn nhiều học sinh chưa tích cực học tập Và trình độ tiếng
