In today's tumultuous environment, the spiritual and moral stability of religious youth is increasingly challenged As a response, I advocate for the Material Dharma of Caodaism, which embodies our core principles Additionally, I have previously discussed the Secular Way of Caodaism, likening it to Confucianism, which represents the ancestral wisdom passed down through generations for transforming society.
Confucianism serves as a guiding principle for contemporary life, embodying a societal religion where the Supreme Being is believed to have established its teachings to govern the world.
The essence of Confucianism lies in the guiding principles of self-improvement, effective governance, and social harmony, as articulated by the esteemed philosopher Mạnh Tử This philosophy emphasizes that personal virtue is foundational to societal progress, advocating for the cultivation of moral character to foster enlightened citizenship and promote the greater good.
Throughout history, the concept of "improve oneself" has been a fundamental principle emphasized by Sages from ancient times to the present This phrase has deep roots, dating back to the Huỳnh Đế dynasty, long before the birth of Jesus Christ, highlighting its enduring significance in Confucianism and beyond.

This today important ceremony concerns the Divine fortune that the Supreme Being establishes it on this earth.
At this time, there are three races enjoying the Supreme Being’s special favor.
The first race is the Indian race called as Brahman [Brahmanism] The Supreme Being came to open the Religion and formed the great Divine Fortune for them firstly.
The second race: He Himself as the Jesus Christ came to establish the fortune for that Hebrew, who exists until now.
The third race marks a significant period in which the Vietnamese people receive the Supreme Being's special favor, as it coincides with the Last Cycle of Third Transition, leading to the First Cycle of Fourth Transition During this time, the Supreme Being aims to unite His children and establish one true Religion, selecting individuals to form His Holy Body as a means of salvation and to create a religious fortune for all Although women have historically faced disadvantages and hardships, these obstacles are now being removed, allowing them to embrace the great fortune prepared by the Supreme Being It is essential to cherish and protect this fortune by fostering love, support, and resilience together.
At this moment, I stand before you to proclaim that the future of the children of the Supreme Being is destined to be incredibly rich Since its establishment in 1926, Caodaism has flourished for over twenty years, and one must ponder the source of this great fortune It stems from the infinite mysteries bestowed upon us by the Supreme Being, who unites His children as one Holy Body Remarkably, those who were once ignorant become wise, and the talented enhance their abilities to serve the Religion As a result, He grants His children immense fortune, empowering them to overcome suffering and act as instruments of salvation Thus, Rev Cao Thượng Phẩm and the Interim Pope dedicated their lives to this noble cause.

The Myriad Dharma Palace, intended for humanity, has yet to be constructed due to its required location on the mountain, which is currently unfeasible Instead, individuals are encouraged to rely on the completed Palace of Consciousness, where the Holy Mother, or Mother Buddha, imparts teachings and engages in discussions about the Meditation House.
Today, I share the Secret Dharma, which encompasses the meditation and evolution framework designed for the children of the Supreme Being This miraculous teaching enables us to attain spiritual evolution I have elaborated on the law of evolution, allowing the Supreme Being’s children to grasp that all entities must continually progress towards the human state as souls This evolution law compels our souls to transition from matter to humanity, emphasizing the necessity of perpetual growth.
The law, akin to a precious gold stone, evolves into an invaluable pearl, symbolizing its noble progression and significance among all matters.
For invaluable Metal called as platinum, its value is due to the evolution law.
For plants, orchid is different from wild grass The plywood is not same to pine-tree.

Death is often misunderstood, yet it serves as a crucial milestone in our journey of life It acts as a catalyst for progress, allowing us to reflect on our experiences and growth Just as a student faces trials in a classroom, our lives are a test where we only discover our successes or failures after death This process is governed by the law of evolution, an inescapable force that guides every soul on their path.
The Supreme Being has established a mysterious organ during the Opening of the Cycle and Changing World, symbolized by the "Third Period of Universal Salvation." This divine presence aims to grant amnesty to His children It is essential to recognize that without His absolute authority in the White Jade Palace, the Supreme Being, our Great Merciful Father, would not possess the unparalleled power necessary to bestow this amnesty upon His followers.
Consequently, in Holy Mother’s prayer, there is

Through His Divine favor, a universal salvation is granted to all His children, though the timing of this favor remains uncertain The Supreme Being's miraculous delivery establishes Caodaism, offering universal amnesty and guiding His followers along the Way He enables His children to perceive and comprehend His teachings, emphasizing that obedience to Him is crucial Understanding the secret of the miraculous delivery organ reveals their true nature, as no soul or Buddha possesses the ability to create such a delivery organ.
The journey towards spiritual progress and enlightenment varies for each individual, highlighting that achieving the state of a Buddha is not a simple task It is essential to grasp this concept fully in order to appreciate the challenges involved in attaining such profound deliverance.
I teach the Secret Dharma of meditation to help you enlighten your crown chakra, also known as the celestial eye The Sakyamuni Buddha achieved enlightenment through this practice, and those who attained the Buddha throne also relied on meditation to achieve eternal life and access their past reincarnations Understanding the Law of Causality allows us to use our current life as a foundation for future enlightenment and to attain the Buddha throne across three previous lives The Secret Dharma reveals our true nature and guides us on our spiritual path While obtaining enlightenment signifies our wisdom, it does not imply that we can create the means to enlightenment ourselves; rather, it serves as proof of our spiritual progress.
Many Great Immortals and Buddhas have walked the Earth in physical form before achieving the profound enlightenment of meditation They harness their wisdom to explore the wonders of the universe, yet despite their extraordinary insights, they ultimately face death without attaining the ultimate spiritual liberation This reflects a tragic aspect of their journey.
Meditation serves as a powerful tool for achieving spiritual enlightenment, yet many in Taoism and Buddhism have only saved a limited number of souls—200,000 and 600,000, respectively—while millions remain trapped in suffering The pressing question arises: what actions led to the attainment of the delivery organ? Tonight's message emphasizes the importance of the Fundamental Truth Dharma, urging the Supreme Being's followers to take note of it Many religious seekers often question the purpose behind the Supreme Being's establishment of religion.
Tonight, I address the significance of the Supreme Being's presence amidst the struggles of His followers Many wonder why the Supreme Being has come when previous Religious Heads established their own faiths This confusion arises from their perception of past leaders and their teachings Our goal is to clarify this question and its implications for understanding the true essence of spirituality.
Does He come to share in the suffering of His children, or does He bring compassion and mercy to rescue them from their misery? Beyond this, is there another reason for His presence among us?
It is intriguing that He establishes Religion without physically descending to Earth, yet He profoundly empathizes with His children's suffering through unmatched Divine love Utilizing His extraordinary methods and Divine power, He plays a pivotal role in the formation of the Caodai religion, a complex endeavor that is not easily understood.
He comes to create a significant fortune for us, allowing us to see and understand deeply His purpose is to unite the spirits of good people.
He relies on His faithful followers to embody His Holy Body, serving as a spiritual presence in place of His visible form This is evidenced by His unparalleled ability to share in the suffering of His children The unity among His devoted followers is essential for forming this Holy Body, as He entrusts them with the authority to guide all living beings Those who fulfill their role as teachers with integrity may ascend to the status of Father or Eldest Brother among His children.
The Pope, referred to as the Eldest Brother, is the highest authority in the Church, ascending from roles such as Priest, Bishop, Archbishop, Cardinal, and Censor-Cardinal.
The role of the eldest brother in a family often mirrors that of a father, as he is typically chosen to uphold family ethics and guide his younger siblings This selection is based on his ability to teach and support them, ensuring they grow in a standard manner As the eldest brother, he takes on responsibilities such as managing family affairs and nurturing his siblings, fulfilling a natural role within the family structure.
When a father chooses to pass on his responsibilities in nourishment and guidance to the eldest son, it is crucial that the eldest possesses the necessary virtues His primary duty is to ensure that his younger siblings do not experience poverty or misery, and to guide them away from a life of servitude By fulfilling these responsibilities, he proves himself worthy of the esteemed role of the Eldest Brother.
The Supreme Being comes to establish the Religion and says: “Master/I come to share my children’s misery”.
He forms the Sacerdotal Council to create the body essentially, so that it transforms into the Great Divine fortune of Way.
The Great Divine fortune power of Way has led to wealth, but what is its true purpose? While many previous religions appear affluent and luxurious, they have not alleviated the suffering of their followers True compassion and sharing of wealth can only stem from the Divine power of the Supreme Being.
In times of suffering, many people turn to God as their sole source of comfort and solace, expressing their pain and despair through heartfelt cries When faced with overwhelming hardships, it is common for individuals to seek divine support, as they often feel lost and unsure of where else to turn This deep yearning for connection reflects the profound relationship between humanity and the divine during life's most challenging moments.
The brothers observe the suffering, poverty, and hardships faced by their younger sibling, yet they fail to provide guidance, support, or nourishment during these trying times Instead, they exploit his misery for their own gain and luxury When the Father becomes aware of His children's plight and petitions for their relief, one must consider the depth of the Father's spirit Just as a father holds a crucial role in a family, the Supreme Being likely embodies an even greater commitment to His children.
I assert that if the profound blessings of the Divine cannot safeguard a wandering beggar in the marketplaces and allow them to experience spiritual wealth, then such blessings are ultimately meaningless and squandered.

Today is the Feast of Female Cardinal Lâm Hương Thanh, who is the eldest sister of womankind.
Reflecting on the early days of the Religion from the year of Bính Dần to now feels like a fleeting dream A Sister, who endured immense hardships alongside the Supreme Being’s Holy Body to establish this Religious foundation, passed away without witnessing its fruition I wonder if, in her final moments, she questioned the future of Caodaism and whether her younger sisters would possess the determination and talent to shape the Religion This concern seemed to weigh heavily on her mind, much like the Supreme Being’s prophecy: “If the Religion is achieved, I Myself will come.” It is clear that this profound worry extended beyond her, affecting all the Brothers who have since departed.
Dear sisters and brothers of the Supreme Being's Holy Body, we must recognize that our actions are a source of bliss granted by the Supreme Being, who understands our suffering Today, we find solace in witnessing the growth of the Religious saving organization in its current form The true doctrine is now present across the globe, and remarkably, even without a representative from the Holy Body traveling abroad from Vietnam, nations respond with admiration This phenomenon highlights that it is not merely the Supreme Being's capability, but rather the unmatched power of the Supreme Being that facilitates such remarkable outcomes.
If we consider the aspect of merit, we get interest, but never get loss and we contribute little but we enjoy much.
We have to admit that that issue is the reality.
Her legacy, once seen as honorable and prosperous, has sadly been tarnished Many believe that a legacy can be eternal, yet I feel heartbroken over its destruction Reflecting on this, I regret the times I sought her help during the financial crisis while building the Holy See Despite her own debts and the plummeting price of rice, she generously offered me her wealth, stored in a safe filled with gold and diamonds, saying, “In this difficult stage, there is no way to have money Therefore, you take these to pawn them in Sài Gòn The amount is not lower than eighty to ninety thousand Dong.” Her willingness to assist, despite her own struggles, was truly remarkable.
Bần Đạo expressed frustration over the idea of pawning cherished family heirlooms that had been passed down for three generations, questioning how they would be redeemed later Despite her insistence that she wasn't always in need and her willingness to find a way to pawn them, Bần Đạo firmly rejected the suggestion and returned empty-handed to focus on building the Holy See.
Utilizing that legacy to support the Holy See would have been a significant contribution, but my feelings of inadequacy and fear of being unable to repay my debts prevented me from assisting in this important endeavor.
Dear sisters, our lives on Earth are a part of the Supreme Being’s Holy Body, and as we walk the Divine Path, we should not be troubled by poverty or suffering It’s important to understand that wealth does not equate to merit; both the rich and the poor can contribute to the Divine Many wealthy individuals may appear to have significant merit and serve the Religion effectively, but true justice is not determined by material wealth Keep this essential truth in mind.
I encourage all women to reflect on the journey of the Eldest Sister to understand both past and present circumstances By examining the positive and negative aspects of her experience, you can confidently determine your own Divine mission Emulate the path of your Eldest Sister and take inspiration from her actions as you forge your own way forward.

I notice that the number of followers attending the service is dwindling, with only a few present tonight Although I feel I shouldn't have preached today due to the low turnout, I believe that even if just one follower is here, it is important to share my message.
Tonight, Bần Đạo/I preach the cause of nature and cause of wisdom.
Human nature inherently reveals its fundamental traits, often without our conscious observation This essence stems from the spirit of our past lives, with wisdom emerging through the process of reincarnation By overcoming challenges in our journey toward perfection and personal growth, we can achieve a higher state of being As our wisdom unfolds, we come to realize that we have attained the Dharma.
At the Antiquity, the Orient philosophers observed profoundly the status of wisdom and spirit The previous
Sages, regarded as saints, often pondered the question, “How can I align my nature with spiritual wisdom?” They sought methods to achieve this harmony, understanding that if their nature contradicted their wisdom, it indicated they had yet to attain true enlightenment.
In antiquity, countless theories emerged as people sought knowledge, yet they often lacked an understanding of the underlying causes Sages believed that one must connect with the Spirit to attain true wisdom and authority, enabling them to act with correctness and purpose.
In the past time, as people did not know the secret of Tao yet, philosophers such as Tô Đông Pha reckoned in book with three ranks of human.
“Uneducated Superior Human is still good.
Educated Middle Human becomes good.
Educated Lower Human is not good”
The lack of understanding stems from the complex nature of achieving superior human qualities, which require extensive perfection and cultivation Those who attain this level of enlightenment possess a profound comprehension of celestial will and a deep awareness of their surroundings Such accomplishments are not achieved in a single lifetime but rather through numerous reincarnations dedicated to personal growth and development.
According to the Buddhism, they believe a doctrine that before a new reincarnation, human must eat dull-witted gruel by an old woman, so that we forget our previous lives.
According to the philosophy of karma, our current life experiences are deeply influenced by our past actions If we endured suffering in a previous life, we are likely to face similar hardships in this one, making it challenging to cope with our circumstances Conversely, those who enjoyed honor in their previous lives may find solace and support in their current existence Unfortunately, for many who have faced misery before, the cycle of suffering continues, hindering their ability to thrive in this life.
The Divine law compels us to set aside our innate nature and wisdom, prompting us to learn and study from infancy This acquired knowledge aids in opening the crown chakra, allowing us to address our past actions A notable example is the Dalai Lama, who, as a reincarnation of the Buddha, was born into a royal family In the royal court, a Priest, responsible for upholding doctrine and law, recognized the baby as a reincarnated Buddha but continued to provide him with teachings.
In Nguyễn Du's work "Kiều," the concepts of "talent" and "fate" are depicted as non-parallel, emphasizing that talent alone cannot determine one's destiny Without a strong foundation of good causes, talent becomes insignificant, highlighting that success is unattainable without positive actions Ultimately, without good causes, one cannot overcome the burdens of karma.
Tonight, I want to remind the followers of the Supreme Being that our spiritual growth and perfection are influenced by our past actions This moment of connection with the Supreme Being allows our true nature to align with our wisdom, a result of our ongoing cultivation and development.
Mr Tô Đông Pha said: When we reach the level of the Superior Human, we can know that our religious life has reached the throne.

Today is the National Holiday Ceremony, as the Pacifying Ceremony of Vietnam of Rev Cao Hoàng Gia Long [Gia Long King -西西].
According to the history, the Pacifying stage from
Between 1502 and 1789, Vietnam experienced a significant division between North and South, primarily under the rule of the Lê emperor and two rival kings The southern region, governed by the Nguyễn King, extended from the Hoành Sơn mountain to the south, while the northern territory, controlled by the Trịnh King, stretched from the same mountain to the north This period was marked by national chaos and conflict.
In the South, conflicts arose due to the turmoil caused by Lord Tây Sơn, Nguyễn Nhạc, and Nguyễn Huệ, which is well-documented in national history This historical context is widely recognized, making further elaboration unnecessary.
In 1778, Nguyễn Nhạc declared himself King and took control of Northern Vietnam, leading to widespread chaos throughout the country Amidst this turmoil, Nguyễn Huệ emerged as a significant figure, successfully expelling Chinese troops from the capital, Thăng Long, after receiving orders from Nguyễn Nhạc, who subsequently named him Bắc Bình Vương The Tây Sơn movement aimed to restore the Lê dynasty while dismantling the Trịnh dynasty, as they sought to unify the nation, asserting their dominance over the territory from South to North.
As the Nguyễn dynasty faced its decline, Nguyễn Ánh emerged as a heroic figure who journeyed through hardships to unite Vietnam His efforts were pivotal in restoring the nation's integrity, ultimately leaving behind a legacy of glory that spanned from the South to the North.
In the quest for national unity, two loyal subjects, Võ Tánh and Ngô Tùng Châu, played pivotal roles in defending the kingdom Despite the Tây Sơn forces seizing Bình Định, Võ Tánh and King Gia Long strategically capitalized on the Tây Sơn's oversight to successfully capture Phú Xuân Their unwavering loyalty ultimately led to their demise, but their contributions were instrumental in unifying Vietnam from the Nam Quan frontier to Cà Mau province We take pride in recognizing Võ Tánh and Ngô Tùng Châu as true compatriots of the South.
Gia Long's contributions extend beyond mere pacification; under the leadership of Rev Cao Hoàng Gia Long, also known as Nguyễn Ánh, two provinces were successfully integrated into the Vietnamese territory, specifically in the Sơn region.
Lai Châu province, steeped in history, reflects the significant impact of France's declaration of "Le Grand Legislature du Vietnam," which marked a pivotal moment in the nation's legal framework In 1802, a major reorganization of internal and external divisions took place, guided by the visionary leadership of Rev Gia Long Cao Hoàng He revitalized the country using his comprehensive Old Laws, introducing new geography, mandarin systems, military equipment, and political structures His transformative efforts fundamentally reshaped the nation, and had it not been for the long-standing safety regime, his remarkable contributions would be celebrated as monumental achievements in Vietnam's history Today, we honor his legacy and embody his spirit in our endeavors.

Today, all of the Supreme Being's children gather at the Holy See to express their wishes for my longevity I believe that the Supreme Being has bestowed great bliss upon me during my time on Earth When I eventually return to the Divine World of Eternal Life, I will always remember this kindness.
Tomorrow at 9 AM marks the close of the market, coinciding with my birthday, as my mother reminded me I will be celebrating my 64th birthday, a milestone I will reach without any spare or missing day.
For 64 years, I have felt as if I were living in a dream, never truly experiencing joy My melancholic and sentimental nature has led me to dwell more on worries than to embrace happiness Consequently, I have endured many hardships throughout my life.
I was born into a large family as the second child, making me the eighth overall My father, a well-to-do man from An Hòa in Tây Ninh province, adhered to Confucian principles He faced a calamity in Cần Đước, which forced him to join the French army to escape dire circumstances This experience was deeply traumatic for him; he nearly lost his life but found solace in the thought of his children After being promoted to Sergeant, he was punished severely for calling for capitulation, suffering ten painful strokes of the whip that haunted him for the rest of his life While my brothers followed him into military service, my seventh brother and I remained behind, lacking knowledge of French.
When I was young, Bần Đạo/I tell truthfully that I never took advantage from others to gain a cent even I was poor I completely kept upright.
Reflecting on my childhood in Tây Ninh province, I remember a conversation at the dinner table where my mother questioned my father's decision to allow all the children to pursue military careers, while he dismissed the idea of any child following an academic path He believed that those who chose the military would not engage in corrupt practices, unlike those who pursued education My mother pointed to me, suggesting I should take the path of pen, to which my father reluctantly agreed, warning that if I became corrupt, he would take drastic measures This pivotal moment shaped my life; despite facing poverty, I remained steadfastly honest throughout my years, even as I transitioned to a religious life My sister often recounted the struggles of my early childhood, where my health was fragile, and my family would stay awake beside me during nights of illness, fearing for my life.
My parents practiced Confucianism but felt compelled to attend Catholic services, desiring for me to be baptized in the Catholic tradition This created a sense of fear within our family At the age of seven, I experienced a near-death experience, and upon reviving, I felt no sensations in my body due to the trauma I endured from being struck on the head and neck and having my limbs pulled, which caused me significant pain.
My family faced a tragic pattern of frequent deaths, prompting my parents and siblings to embrace Christianity in hopes of safeguarding my life This led to the introduction of Catholicism into our family.

At 17, I faced a heartbreaking dilemma: my mother's inflexibility prevented me from pursuing my dream of studying abroad I wished for a divine intervention that would allow me to go overseas, even if it meant losing my mother in the process.
Mr Lưu Khắc Ninh destroyed all the documentaries, preventing my ability to travel abroad As I rose to the position of a mandarin, I witnessed my family's struggles, especially when my father returned with a family that lacked adequate housing My siblings and I were forced to live in temporary accommodations This heartbreaking reality reflects the hardships faced by many compatriots who endured suffering and fought for independence, leaving them unable to experience true happiness.
From the age of 17 until now, I have dedicated my life to serving the Supreme Being, never resting in peace Even after returning from years of foreign exile, my happiness lies in using my physical existence to bring joy to Caodaism Despite the challenges, I continue to serve quietly, driven by the visible suffering of the Supreme Being's children I believe future generations will recognize the struggles of the past and understand how I contributed to their liberation from oppression This realization is the true bliss of my life.
At this time, although it gets very tiresome, Bần Đạo/I feel happy because I have been enjoying the SupremeBeing’s favor by being a servant of Supreme Being and His children.
