Scope Of works:

This method statement covers work related to all M&E works of the SAIGON M&C

TOWER Project

Installation work:

1 Installation anchor / expansion bolt and thread rod

- Confirm anchor / expansion bolt layout & position

- Drill hole on concrete / brick wall, floor slab, ceiling slab & concrete beam

- Install anchor / expansion bolt

- Install thread rod with correct size and length

- Lock thread rod by using washer and nut

2 Support system for Mechanical services

a) Installation support for pipe

- Vertical pipe shall be supported: Steel angle supports to rest at least on each

floor

- Horizontal pipe shall be supported as follows:

™ Installation of vertical support:

- Mounting the bracket for vertical installation:

● Mark the anchorage holes on the wall, using fixing bracket "A" (1) as a template if you wish

● Drill the holes and insert the plugs into them

● Attach the bracket for vertical installation using screws "B" (4)

● Remove fixed studs "C" (2), held by nuts "D" (2), which fix the busbar trunking system

● Install all fixed brackets in the relative locations before installing the busbar trunking run
