Now, I am a senior student at Hanoi university of industry, majoring in Englishlinguistie As a last-year student of Faeulty Foreign Language at Hanoi university ofindustry, I took part 6 weeks internship program in MT Corp Vietnam It was a greatehanee for learning and professional development Therefore, I eonsider myself avery lueky individual as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it I amalso grateíul for having a ehanee to meet so many wonderful people andprofessionals who led me through this internship period.

I had done the internship for about 2 months at MT Corp Vietnam Joint StoekCompany and I had some experienees that I brought out here in this report Duringthe internship period, I got used to with the real working environment, built newrelationships with the eo-worker and studied workplaee eommunieation manors.Moreover, through the internship, I ean bring what I studied at the universityprogram to the real working world

The purpose of the report is to give an in-depth insight into my experienees as anoffiee at MT over this short but enriehing 6 weeks

This report is earried out by self-study and eolleeting materials from MTeorpVietnam Joint Stoek Company stored doeuments as well as the Internet eombiningwith materials eolleeted from eurrent employees of MT Corp.

I worked as a eustomer eare in MT Corp Vietnam Joint Stoek Company My mainduty is to use English to eommunieate with foreign eustomer by ehatting messenger

Customer eare praetiee is not as simple, but also not too diffieult as I thought.Customer serviee is often the first business eontaet a person will meet at anyorganization Therefore, I think that eustomer eare is a very enjoyable and

interesting job First, the duty of eustomer eare may inelude answering phoneealls and emails, responding to eustomer questions and eomplaints, and walkingeustomers through basie troubleshooting or setup proeesses In the ease of a saleseustomer serviee representative, eustomer eare duties and responsibilities willinelude selling produets and serviees to elients and proeessing payments

Sometimes, eustomer eare may also help eustomers with eomplaints and

questions, give eustomers information about produets and serviees, take orders,

and proeess returns By helping eustomers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in

sales.

Moreover, with this job, I eould be in better eontaeting with everybody by

ehatting on messenger Consequently, so that giving the satisfaetion of fastidiouseustomers, I must be patient and harmonious I have to sympathize and listen toall requests from visitors They are niee, eourteous, and polite so my job is favorand safety My mistake serviees were always been sympathized by them

In summary, this is a job whieh requires, good sense of humor and a elear

speaking voiee Espeeially, the eustomer serviee must patiently investigate, has aspeeifie knowledge, and be able to eommunieate well Maybe these are reasonswhieh make me ehange my thoughts and bad habits Henee, I loved this job; itgave me a patient virtue, professionally working style

I spent 6 weeks training in MT eorp Vietnam Company I went to the eompany

5 days a week And my working timetable is dependent on the working timetable

of the eompany

TTT SELF- EVAEUATTON.

During four years at Hanoi University of Industry, I have had many opportunities towork in many different fields and experienced some real working environments.However, the full-time job that I had with MT Corp stock company was a little bitstrange for me Although I prepared well for the internship I have both advantagesand disadvantages in the internship period especially during the early days at work.

1 Strengths:

Initially, I regard myself as a passionate employee Whenever my colleagues wanted

my assistance, I was always ready to support my colleagues and share their duties.The friendly environment in MT Corp especially in Business Department wasextremely one of the advantages in my internship period Every employee in thedepartment was wholehearted They were always willing to guide me to fulfill giventasks and tackle problems I greatly appreciate the professional and warm workingenvironment of MT corp From my point of view, this factor also contributes to theefficient staff My major is English translation and interpretation, so I have aconsiderable advantage in dealing with translating documents, chatting with foreignpeople as customer service, and other tasks well

Secondly, I'm assessed as an attentive individual Often, contrary to others, I wassluggish to do my job because I needed to make it right To make sure everything isthe same, I double or even triple-check records and archives

Finally, the final character I'd like to remember is patience There were several tasks

I have fixed many times to complete the perfect items during the internship phase.This was a key task that demanded flexibility and care I had to fix it several times,occasionally even four times to get a pretty flawless translation to be sent to thedirector, but I didn't feel lurking and displeased I was so excited when I knew that Ihad a strong occasion to develop my skills in translation/interpretation
