1 INTRODUCTION

In today's integration trend, English has become an indispensable tool in humancommunication and business activities Not an exception, Vietnam isincreasingly developing and popularizing the English language as anindispensable requirement Nowadays, English learners become less popular There are several specific reasons that I choose Enspire company to complete theinternship One of the most fundamental reasons is that Enspire is an educationalforce company, also a large-scale, reputable educational company in developing

an English language background for students The second reason I want tomention is that Enspire is an internship location that suits my abilities, with theamount of work that I can ensure I can complete and true to my ability so that itcan help me gain a lot of experience and knowledge from the assigned tasks.Moreover, my major is the English language, so working as an English teacherwill help me apply the knowledge I have learned in the best way, have theprofessional background to serve and develop with the profession

Last but not least, Enspire has a mechanism to give interns like me theopportunity to advance to higher positions such as a manager and become full-time employees of the company

Internship program in the company:

Teaching preschool English for children from 3 to 5 years old

Participate in training sessions on English teaching skills for preschool childrenarranged by the company

Assist in building lesson plans

Participate in designing visual aids for each week

Weekly teacher meetings at company headquarters to learn and exchangeteaching experiences

Target:

Initially, learning the rules and rules of pedagogical practice to avoid violatingthe regulations of the company

A sense of good observance of the rules at the places where teaching isdistributed, the regulations of the practice steering committee, the instructors, thespirit of solidarity with friends, colleagues, and standard self-confidence.

2.1 DESCRIPTION OF INTERNSHIP POSITION:

Teachers are responsible for teaching, ensuring quality education, educationprograms, and teaching plans

2.2 SELF-ASSESSMENT OF THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS

STRENGTHS:

Be aware of the importance, position, role, and responsibility of a teacher, strictlyobey the rules of the school as well as of the profession The teaching plan andhomeroom plan have been developed, which is quite specific and quite practical.Having done a number of basic contents and methods of homeroom work andteaching Penetrating the reality of schools and classes contributes to grasping thepsychology and learning level of children in the learning process

2.3 SOLUTION:

It takes a lot of class time with experienced teachers to learn how to handleunexpected pedagogical situations in class In addition, discuss with preschoolteachers about behaviors and personality of particularly active children to findout the best solution if they are not obedient and obey the rules of the class

Through the practice period, it is necessary to actively meet with instructorsmany times to learn from teaching experience get stuck or get stuck

Attention should be paid to divide teaching time in class appropriately, the time

2.4 VIEWPOINTS ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

The internship is a specific educational activity of universities in order to formand develop the necessary qualities and competencies of students according tothe set training objectives

The internship report is an important task of the teacher to show theirunderstanding after the internship, grasp the knowledge in the industry and apply

it when graduating from school This is also a document for the school toevaluate the achievement of each student, in addition to writing a report that will

help students practice to consolidate, learn from experience as well as facilitateprofessional improvement service and promote the creative initiative inthemselves each student.

With the dream of becoming a teacher, I realize that the task of education is veryimportant, so pedagogical practice is an important and valuable time for students
