Organization

Individuals and organizations are in a continuous learning mode Experience (successes and failures), bench marking, reapplication and innovation are used for continuous improvement of results

• Action Plan for improvement is developed to continue to develop an individual in the the team does not concur with the recommendation

6 Decision Making with Proper Involvement

Problem solving and decision making occurs at the point of implementation by those who have the data, knowledge, skills, responsibility and accountability and involves those impacted by the outcome
