minimum required measures for all sites/organizations implementing Organization Pillar are:

Standard measures are required to ensure the effectiveness of the organization capability
Behavioral Objectives
These measures should be viewed as in-process and output measures Leaders should use these to guide their planning and assessment of pillar activities
Measures are Needed and Useful
e To set clear goals and to help monitor the effectiveness of the pillar implementation
e To have common measures across IWS
e To ensure pillar objectives are linked with the business objectives
