sàng thường gặp nhất và gây hậu quả nặng nề nhất

• Gặp ở khoảng 2% xuất huyết nội

sọ

• Chiếm từ 30 % - 82% trong số các AVM não

• Nguy cơ chảy máu theo năm đối với AVM chưa vỡ ở khoảng 2% - 4%,

nguy cơ vỡ lại ở năm đầu tăng lên 6%

- 8% sau đó trở về nguy cơ tiềm tàng

Tỷ lệ tử vong trên các AVM vỡ khoảng 10-30%
