I AIMS

1 Knowledge: By the end of the lesson students will be able to greet and respond to

greeting

2 Skills:listening , reading

3 Attitude: - Studious and obedient students and love their friends.

II TEACHING AIDS:

1 Teacher’s: book, recording, pictures

2 Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks.

- Pairs/ groups work

Some students greet and respond to greetings formally

Activity 4- Listen and number.(8’) - mythware

a Pre-listening

Set the scene

Students read the title

T runs through the pictures

How many pictures are there?

What are they doing?

- Ss are going to listen and number the pictures

they are going to hear

b While-listening.

Play the recording (twice) Ss listen and number

Ss compare with the partner

Call some Ss to give their answers

play the recording sentence by sentence for Ss to

check their answers

Ss give their answers by writing on the board

Some pairs read aloud the conversation
