A.The aims of the lesson

1 Knowledges

+ The aims: - Ask for and give personal information : name , age , address.

- By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to ask for and give personal information: name , age , address

Tell about themselves, write wh- questions in the present simple tense; Make a similar dialogue to ask and answer about personal information of a friend in the class, and introduce the friend before the class; Write a passage about themselves and the friends in the class

- Vocabulary: family name, middle name, address, who, what, which, where

( revision)

- Structures : - Present simple

2 Skills : - Drill listening, speaking and writing skills

3 Attitude: - Help ss to have good consciousness in order to practice reading

and speaking for details, acquiring personal information

II WARM UP (5 minutes) Noughts and crosses.

- Stick the poster on the board

- Ask ss to work in two teams to make questions and

answers with the given words
