- Thực trạng chất lượng học sinh khi nhận lớp:

2 Thuận lợi:(mặt mạnh/thời cơ)

* Giáo viên:

- Vững vàng về kiến thức bộ môn và khả năng sư phạm

- Nắm vững tâm lí, trình độ và khả năng của học sinh

- Được phụ huynh học sinh và học sinh tín nhiệm, tin tưởng

-HS lớp 6 chưa quen với phương pháp học bộ môn ở THCS

- Một bộ phận học sinh ý thức học tập chưa cao, còn ỷ lại, dựa dẫm vào sách giải

- Nhiều phụ huynh chưa thực sự quan tâm đến việc học tập của con em mình

* Cơ sở vật chất:

• Nhận biết và nhắc lại được âm, trọng âm, ngữ điệu và nhịp điệu trong các câu ngắn và đơn giản khác nhau

• Nghe hiểu các chỉdẫn ngắn và đơn giản sửdụng trong các hoạt động học tập trong lớp học

• Nghe hiểu nội dung chính, nội dung chi tiết các bài đối thoại, độc thoại đơn giản, trong khoảng 60 từ về các chủ đề trong chương trình như: gia đình, nhà trường, bạn bè, lễ hội, danh lam thắng cảnh, danh nhân, thể thao,

• Nghe hiểu nội dung chính các trao đổi thông tin giữa các bạn cùng tuổi về các chủ đề được quy định trong phần nội dung

Nói

• Phát âm được các âm, trọng âm, ngữ điệu và nhịp điệu trong các câu ngắn và đơn giản khác nhau

• Nói được các chỉdẫn ngắn và đơn giản sử dụng trong các hoạt động học tập trong lớp học

• Hỏi và trả lời ngắn gọn vềcác chủ đề trong chương trình như: gia đình, nhà trường, bạn bè, lễ hội, danh lam thắng cảnh, danh nhân, thể thao,

• Nói những câu đơn giản, liền ý, có gợi ý về các chủ đề quen thuộc

• Viết có hướng dẫn một đoạn ngắn, đơn giản khoảng 40 từ về các chủ đề trong chương trình như: gia đình, nhà trường, bạn

bè, lễ hội, danh lam thắng cảnh, danh nhân,, thểthao,

• Viết các thư, bưu thiếp, tin nhắn hoặc ghi chép cá nhân ngắn, đơn giản liên quan đến nhu cầu giao tiếp hàng ngày… trong phạm vi các chủ đề được quy định trong phần nội dung

III CÁC NHIỆM VỤ VÀ GIẢI PHÁP THỰC HIỆN.

1 Thực hiện chương trình

- Thực hiện đúng tinh thần Chuẩn kiến thức, kỹ năng nêu trong Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông ban hành kèm theo quyết định số

16/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT ngày 05/5/2006 của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo

- Rà soát, đối chiếu nội dung các bài học trong sách giáo khoa với các chủ đề tương ứng trong chương trình môn học trong Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông hiện hành (ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 16/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT) để tinh giản những nội dung dạy học vượt quá yêu cầu cần đạt theo quy định của chương trình; bổ sung, cập nhật những thông tin mới thay cho những thông tin đã cũ, lạc hậu (nếu có)

- Thực hiện Công văn 5842 (với môn Âm nhạc, Mĩ thuật, tiếng Anh, Thể dục)

- Xây dựng khung kế hoạch giáo dục môn học từng khối lớp, được trình bày thành các bài học đã được xây dựng sau khi tinh giản nội dung và sắp xếp theo thời gian thực hiện Mỗi bài học nêu rõ tên bài và mạch nội dung kiến thức; yêu cầu cần đạt (theo chương trình môn học); thời lượng dạy học; hình thức tổ chức dạy học phù hợp với từng nội dung

- Thực hiện 35 tuần thực học (học kỳ I: 18 tuần, học kỳ II: 17 tuần, còn lại dành cho các hoạt động giáo dục)

2 Nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục.

2.1 Thực hiện chương trình giáo dục phổ thông.

Nhiệm vụ 1:

Thực hiện nghiêm túc quy chế chuyên môn

Giải pháp

- Soạn giáo án đầy đủ, kỹ lưỡng

- Nắm vững kiến thức trọng tâm

- Đọc nhiều tư liệu tham khảo về mảng thông tin có trong bài

- Nắm vững nội dung, phương pháp

- Sử dụng triệt để các giáo cụ trực quan

- Xây dựng kế hoạch bài học, kế hoạch BDHSG và phụ đạo HS yếu

Nhiệm vụ 2:

- Thực hiện đổi mới phương pháp dạy học, kiểm tra đánh giá theo định hướng phát triển năng lực của học sinh

Giải pháp

- Tích cực ứng dụng CNTT trong giảng dạy

- Hướng dẫn HS thực hành các kĩ năng và tham gia các hoạt động học trên lớp

- Linh hoạt trong các hình thức kiểm tra đánh giá

- Xây các tiêu chí đánh giá để HS có thể tự đánh giá và đánh giá lẫn nhau

- Phối hợp với giáo viên chủ nhiệm, phụ huynh học sinh trong nâng cao chất lượng dạy học;

- Động viên HS tích cực tham gia các cuộc thi IOE trên mạng Internet

Nhiệm vụ 3:

- Tự học tự bồi dưỡng để nâng cao tay nghề và chuyên môn nghiệp vụ

Giải pháp

- Chủ động dự giờ đồng và rút kinh nghiệm

- Tham gia đầy đủ các buổi tập huấn chuyên môn, sinh hoạt chuyên đề

- Đọc tài liệu tham khảo, tìm kiếm thông tin trên mạng internet để phục vụ bài giảng

- Chia sẻ kinh nghiệm với đồng nghiệp

2.Nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục.

2.1.Chất lượng đại trà.

Tích cực đổi mới phương pháp dạy học, kiểm tra đánh giá theo định hướng phát triển năng lực của học sinh

Thực hiện nghiêm túc quy chế chuyên môn, đổi mới cách soạn bài, áp dụng tốt các phương tiện và phương pháp dạy học tích cực để

từng bước nâng cao hiệu quả giờ dạy

Chuẩn bị kỹ nội dung bài trước khi lên lớp, xác định đúng mục đích yêu cầu, trọng tâm của bài để khắc sâu kiến thức cơ bản, các kĩ

năng cần thiết cho HS

Chủ động ôn tập cho HS trước các bài kiểm tra giũa kì, cuối kỳ; nghiêm túc thực hiện việc ra đề, coi kiểm tra đến việc chấm, chữa

bài cho HS

Xây dựng kế hoạch bài học đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới, có phương án dạy học hiệu quả

Thường xuyên thăm lớp dự giờ, rút kinh nghiệm đồng nghiệp và tích cực tham gia sinh hoạt chuyên đề của tổ chuyên môn, sinh hoạt

theo cụm trường…

Phối hợp thường xuyên với giáo viên chủ nhiệm, phụ huynh học sinh nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dạy học bộ môn

2.1.Chất lượng mũi nhọn.

Khảo sát đầu năm để lựa chọn ra những em có năng khiếu để tập trung bồi dưỡng tham gia thi các cấp để đạt kết quả cao trong năm

học Tham gia thi văn hóa môn Tiếng Anh và thi olympic Tiếng Anh
