3 Đặc điểm chung của lớp:

a) Thuận lợi:

-Các em đã học tiếng Anh được 3 năm

-Một số học sinh đã say mê và ham thích môn học này Điều đó đã làm động cơ thúc đẩy các em khác trong lớp

cùng học hỏi và tiến bộ.

-Được sự giúp đỡ và phố hợp chặt chẽ giữa giáo viên chủ nhiệm và độ ngũ cán bộ lớp nên việc tự kiểm tra bài, cách làm bài tập giữa các thành viên trong lớp thường xuyên được kiểm tra và nâng cao.

b) Khó khăn:

-Một số học sinh tiếp thu bài còn chậm, thụ động, ít phát biểu xây dựng bài và lười luyện tập ở nhà.

-Một số phụ huynh chưa quan tâm đúng mức điến việc học tập của con em mình

- Giáo viên sẽ có biện pháp cụ thể để năng cao chất lượng của học sinh cho phù hợp với lớp, từng đối tượng.

- Thường xuyên kiểm tra bài cũ đầu mỗi giờ học

- Kiểm tra vở bài tập, sách bài tập và vở học ( 4 tổ trưởng kiểm tra vào đầu mỗi buổi học)

- Giáo viên có hệ thống câu hỏi gợi mở nhằm vào mọ đối tượng học sinh.

- Phát huy năng lực học tập của học sinh khá giỏi:

Phân công đôi bạn học tốt ( học sinh khá giỏi kèm và giúp đỡ học sinh yếu kém)

* Động viên kịp thời những học sinh có nhiều cố gắng vươn lên trong học tập và uốn nắn những học sinh chưa chăm học.
