1.MARKETING AND PROJECT INTERN:

Job Descriptions:

 Leading projects or initiatives under the guidance of manager/mentor Projects may include market research, building Campus Leader portal, creating new recruitment/ marketing materials, promoting TFV’s recruitment, etc

 Event organizing: Ensuring logistics and plans are in place to execute the vision for various events completing tasks such as:

 Assisting with planning and organizing activities

 Coordinating volunteers

 Managing pre event materials

 Supporting the leadership development program for fellows after recruitment

 Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

 3rd – 4th year students/ fresh graduates

 Strong organizational and communication skills

 Process-driven and love for learning and operating within multiple contexts and

situations

 Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

 Accountable and attention to detail

2 GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN:

Job Descriptions:

 Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials

 Plans accomplished by gathering information and materials

 Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts

 Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval

 Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art

 Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

 3rd/ 4th year students

 Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Sense of Beauty, Handles Rejection

 Alignment with TFV’s core values and mission

3 IT INTERN:

Job Descriptions

 Supporting IT department in day to day work, including but not limited to web

development, managing TFV’s information system, database design

 Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

 Programming language: NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC framework, Java

 Design and working with SQL database

 Web programming: HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, CSS

 Scripting languages: VBS, PowerShell, Perl, Python

 MS Office skills, technical documentation exposure, and some level of knowledge of project management is advantageous

 3rd – 4th year students/ fresh graduates
