The Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) (http://vbf.org.vn/) was established in 1997 during the annual Consultative Group meeting between the Vietnamese Government and its donor partners, as a not-for-profit, non-political channel for nurturing public-private dialogue to develop a favorable business environment that attracts domestic and foreign private sector investment and stimulates sustainable economic development in Vietnam This is done primarily through high profile bi-annual Forums between the business community and Vietnamese leadership and through specialized Working Groups cutting across sectors

VBF is seeking for 01 full-time intern with following details:

JOB DUTIES:

- Logistic preparation for meetings/ events: format/ printing documents, arrange translators/ interpreters and vendors for the event,…

- Translating and interpreting in case of need

- Attend meetings when required and prepare the minutes

- Admin works: manage petty cash, update WG’s membership list,…

REPORTING TO: VBF Secretariat

INTERSHIP PERIOD: 06 months (including 01 month for the probationary), starting asap.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATION:

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese

- Translation and interpreting skill

WORK-HOURS AND ALLOWANCE:

- Working time: 9:00AM – 6:00PM from Monday to Friday with moderate extra hour due to workload Lunch-break: 12:00 – 13:00

- Travelling occasionally when required

- Allowance: 3,500,000 VND/month, free parking

WORK-LOCATION: Office of VBF Secretariat, 3B Fl, Horison Tower, 40 Cat Linh, Dong
