CLIMBING SYSTEMS & PRG RAIL GUIDED SYSTEMS

The PILOSIO PRG RAIL GUIDED climbing system allows a safe climbing formwork, with fast-repositioning by

crane In this system, the whole unit is guided to the structure at all times, even when being repositioned.Even in windy conditions, the whole unit can be repositioned safely and easily in one single lift

To be combined with P300, MAGNUM, MAGNUM EVO, MINIMAG, SVELT and MAXIMIX formwork systems

SPECIAL FORMWORKS FOR CASTING OF VERTICAL STRUCTURES

For special needs, such as pier or pier caps or pillars with particular shapes, the standard P300, MAGNUM

or MINIMAG are combined with special customized formworks designed by Pilosio’s technical department.

LINEAR

LINEAR is a semi-traditional system for slabs cast in situ with high capacity props which support a

primary and secondary frame of wood beams with protected heads It is ideal for cast slabs in monolithic reinforced or lightened concrete and also for traditional slabs with thick beams

The counter casting surface can consist of “yellow” or blacks panels or various types of plywood 18, 21 or

27 mm thick depending on the architectural requirements and degree of finishing required

SIMPLEX

STRENGTHS

- Modular table for monolithic slab.

- The SIMPLEX tables are used for the execution of slabs cast

on site with high thickness.

- Useful in case of depth beams, lowered in the presence of

perimeter and interior beams.

- Ideal in case of regular plan geometries, huge areas, high

number of reuses.

- The most secure system: all the components are assembled

at the ground level with all the protection devices.

SIMPLEX

SAFE, DESIGN AND HANDLING

The table may be design in function of the loads (different spans between PL20 beams, different frame

dimension).

A engineer design is needed.

A thorough training period is needed by the working force.

Simplex tables are made of few elements:

- two steel frames with diagonal braces, superimposable

- Diagonal braces laid horizontally and vertically stiffen the module

- Adjustable forks and adjustable base plates.

- PL20 primary and secondary beams

- plywood.

ST50 TABLE

ST50 TABLE is a modular system with large surface for slabs cast in place which can be handled by a

compensator

The ST50 TABLES are suitable for casting monolithic slabs with large surfaces with standard and repetitive

geometries The low weight and large reinforced areas allow for high productivity

ST80 TABLE

ST80 TABLE is used to cast slab areas with tables that can be designed in order to reach up to lengths of

30 meters and widths of 6 meters

Room heights can vary from 2.15 m to 6.85 m

For stripping, the table falsework can be lowered by jack adjustment

MP SHORING STRUCTURE

Different support structures can be built with different components of the MP multidirectional scaffolding

and with a specific set of accessories

The tower with 0.83x0.83 m or 1.15x1.15 m square base allows capacities up to 50 kN for each vertical

stringer for a total of 200 kN for each tower.

It is possible to increase the capacities by doubling the stringers, to carry-out structures with curvilinear bases: with triangular base or any other shape, to climb obstacles and also create supports for structures with negative or positive slope

HEAVY DUTY MP TOWER

In the case of high capacity, it is possible to use support structures with heavy duty towers to reinforce

slabs, beams or any other structure cast at a height, carried out with components of the MP

multidirectional system

Each vertical element consists of 4 MP vertical stringers connected to each other by a lower and upper frame Capacity of base module: 200 kN for each vertical element, equal to 800 kN for the whole tower.

SHORING SYSTEM FOR TUNNELS AND HEAVY DUTY

The shoring system for tunnels and heavy duty is a modular system obtained with some typical main items combined together to create heavy duty supporting elements with flexible geometry

The system can be assembled to arrange several geometric configurations and curvatures according to static design, enabling an optimum use of all its components

The system is fully compatible with Pilosio MAXIMIX system.
