 I think I am healthy because I often go to check my

health To be healthy, we should eat fruit, vegetables, meat and fish We shouldn’t eat fast food To keep fit, I usually run and often go to the gym Some bad habits for our health are eat much fat, sugar and not

exercise Medical services in my city are hospitals,

drugstore and doctors’ clinics The health welfare in

my city is good I want to live to be 100 years old

because I want to see how our society changes I don’t think I need to lose weight To lose weight we should

do exercise everyday To gain weight, we should drink milk and eat nutritious food I usually sleep enough

because sleep enough is good for health I get 8 hours

of sleep a night I believe that health is the most
