COST CENTRE NO.16 (OUTLINE) REQUIREMENTS OF ADDENDUM NO.4
This Cost Centre No.16 comprises all the relevant increased costs due to the requirements of Addendum No.4 issued on 4th November 2010
The costs entered herein are deemed to be incurred due to delayed access to the underground structures, and shall include but not be limited to the following items:
• Site administration cost, including personnel, premises and facilities
• Cost for additional demobilization & remoblization of the Contractor’s workforce and common equipment resources
• Operation and maintenance cost for the CP-3 equipment installed in the elevated section including site security, periodic maintenance of the system to keep the system in workable condition, and electric power for their activities
• Any other administration and financial costs to be incurred due to delayed access to the underground structures
For the payment procedure, the Tenderers shall propose the Milestones and payment schedule by selecting appropriate events, in accordance with Clause “D Cost Centres and Milestones” of Appendix 2 to Letter of Tender
It shall be noted that the above conditions will be applied for tendering purpose only, and these conditions as well as the proposed tender price will be further discussed and adjusted at the time of contract negotiation with the successful tenderer, taking into account the latest project situation at that
time
