pre-schooI children a hands-on approach to language learning

Fingerprints has been designed to appealto children's interests and address their

subject areas

For the teacher, the interteaved Teacher's Guide provides:

f.: ideas for an interactive bultetin board featuring disptays and open-ended

practice activities

Each [eve[ of Fingerprints consists of a Student Book, Activity Book, Teacher's Guide

and Audio Program (avaitable on cassette or CD) Posters and Picture Cards for use

with atlthree levels are contained in the Activity Pack, and an interactive CD-ROM

allows children to practice and review language at their own pace

Two additional series of activity workbool<s follow thesyltabus of Fingerprints, to further consotidate thelanguage presented First Letters supports and extendsthe early literacy strand of Fingerprints, while

First Numbers develops basic number and math skills
