One day, when you are a driver (a taxit-driver,…) on the road, and you see or have a pregnancy in your/a car.

She has a abdominal pain, and the baby’s head appear, what will you do?

 The first, keep calm and don’t pull its head.

Then, you are just support its head and guide

it out with the pregnancy ‘s breathing,etc…,

 When she has a pain, her breathing is fast and shallow

 Until she don’t feel pain, her breathing is shallow and depends on the uterin

Next, clean the baby’s nose and mouth, but don’t cut the

umbilical cord – just lay the baby

on the mother’s chest, cord and all.

Dry the baby with a clean towel or cloth, gently rub its back, then

cover mum and baby with a dry

blanket to keep them both warm, and wait for medical help to

arrive.

If the pregnancy is unconscious

Wake up the pregnancy.

If the pregnancy can’t conscious, must push her abdominal from her chest

down until the baby born

Transfer the pregnancy to the hospital fastly

If the pregnancy have accident in the

time of labor

 Accident in the time of labor: oophorrhagia (băng huy t), metrorrhesis (v t cung), ế ỡ ử

 Symptom:

 Oophorrhagia: severe bleeding from uterus.

 Metrorrhesis: have cold sweats, hypotension (h huy t ạ ế áp), tachypressure, maybe cardiac arrest (ng ng tim) ừ

=> Must transfer the pregnancy to the hospital

fastly, because the pregnancy and her baby can die.
