Có 7 tiêu chuẩn:

1/ Cứng khớp buổi sáng kéo dài trên 1 giờ.

2/ Sưng đau kéo dài tối thiểu 3 khớp trong số 14 khớp sau: ngón tay gần (2), bàn ngón (2), cổ tay (2), khuỷu (2), gối (2), cổ chân (2), bàn ngón chân (2).

3/ Sưng đau 1 trong 3 vị trí: khớp ngón tay gần, khớp bàn ngón, khớp cổ tay.

A Joint involvement §

1 large joint¶ 0 2-10 large joints

1 1-3 small joints (with or without involvement of large joints)# 2
