I Warmer: “ Listen for your word”

* Text for listening

Today, many animals are faced with extinction

The Californian condor, a majestic bird and the

Seberian tiger are two such animals Certain kinds

of woodpeckers and alligators are also on the

dangered list Some of these animals are

decreasing in number because people have been

hunted them down for their fur and skin.

* Answers:

1 extinction 6 alligators

5 woodpeckers 10 skin.

II Pre- listen ing

1 Vocabulary :

- approximately (adv): xấp xỉ

- devastate (v):tàn phá, phá hủy
