Re : M.V “ DONG HA” damage to the ship’s bulkwark

Dear Sirs,

I regret to inform you that on the 17th December,2002 at 1530 HRS during time Loading cargo in hold No.2 , the Stevedore work careless and one big round logs touched strong to ship’s bulkwark at Starboard side forward Hold No.2 and it made the bulkwark was bent about 1 meter

In this connection above – mentioned damage I hold the Shipper – Kalena Timber Company Limited and the Stevedore Company at Nusahope responsible for the damage caused to the loss of ship

Please take care for repairing before ship loading on deck cargo at next port

If you can not repair , please let us know so we can arrange the repair on the way to the next port by our crew on your account, of course
