Re : m/v “ DONG HA” at Inchon from 18th till 28th ,October 2002

Dear Sirs,

We regret to inform you that on the 18th of Oct 2002, during discharging operations in hold number two, the ladder was completely damaged together with its construction

The damage was caused by the careless and negligence of longshoremen gang working in the hold at the same time

We hold the Stevedoring Company fully responsible for the above-mentioned

damage and we would like to mention that they account for all the expenses concerning the repairs of the ladder and its construction
