I Conditional sentence type 1: with modal verbs.

Example:

If you want to get good grades, you must study hard.

If my parents give me money, I can go to Dalat.

IF +S + V (present simple tense), S + Modal +VINF

Modal: can, must, have to, should, may, ought to…

Or

You must study hard If you want to get good grades

Or

I can go to Dalat If my parents give me money.

Or

3.Lan’s father held a party to celebrate his mother’s birthday Unfortunately , Mrs Thu , her grandmother , has a hearing problem and she couldn’t hear what people were saying After the party , Lan reported everything to her grandmother

Aunt Xuan said she was happy to see you
