Presentation - Sets the scene: Nowadays,

telephone has been very popular in our social communication.Thus, it is necessary for English leaners, especially for us to have a good skill

of using and understanding telephone

in our study In this lesson, we will deal with these matters

- Explains the meanings of the new words
