orifices for sy nthetic and non-sy nthetic lubricants, and for av iation g asolne

( AVGAS) and turbine fuel, the former hav ing a diameter smal er than that for the

lat er It also specifies the outside diameter of the as ociated fuel replenishment

no zles

The a option of these requirements for fuel fi lng orifices wi l minimiz the

pos ibi ity of the incor ect replenishment of av iation g asolne powered air raft

with turbine fuel and its at end nt disastrous consequences

This BritishStand rd specifies the minimum

and/or ma imum internal diameter of orifices for

the g rav ity fi ing of air raft with fuel, lubricants

and other l quids It also specifies the outside

diameter of as ociated replenishment no zles, and

in p rticular of those no zles used for the g rav ity

replenishment of air raft with av iation g asolne

( AV GAS) and turbine fuel
