Board of Management
The board of management including Mr Kowit Sirima, Mr Samran Mankong, Mr.Tawin Tantrakool, Mr Nguyen Van Thanh, and Mr Nguyen Hong Phuong is incharge of setting the company’s long-term goals along with monitoring theimplementation of significant company activities as well as making importantdecisions and policies Besides, it also takes responsibility for allocating resourcesappreciatively Additionally, the Board of Management prepares the company’sstrategic and annual planning, supervises the implementation of plans and financialreporting, and prepares major investments and acquisitions Developing cooperationwithin the company and promoting common development projects are also amongthe Board of Management’s key duties

is always quite high In 2020, under the context of the complicated andunpredictable Covid-19 pandemic all over the world, TS Interseats Vietnam Co.,Ltd can not avoid certain difficulties due to supply chain disruptions After twoconsecutive years when the economy is gradually recovering, the revenue hasreached an impressive number thanks to the leading and managing effort of theboard of management

Human Resources Department plays an important part in maintaining anddeveloping human management in the organization in a structured and thoroughmanner Currently, there are 5 employees working in the Human ResourcesDepartment at TSISVN The organizational structure of the department is dividedinto 2 levels, including the management level (HR manager and supervisor) and thestaff level (administrative staff, HR staff, and IT staff)
In terms of the management level, the HR manager takes on managing all
employees in the company, suggesting changes in policies and procedures based onemployee and company needs, supervising all HR activities, communications,reports and documents created and received by the department, and creating salarystructures and administering employee benefits The HR supervisor takesresponsibility for assisting the manager with staff requirements, performing variousadministrative tasks and correctly processing paperwork, making visas, passports,etc for foreigners working in the company, and arranging training sessions with allnew hires
In terms of the staff level, the administrative staff is responsible for compensation
and benefits for departments and announcing the number of meals to the kitchen
