Board of Management

The board of management including Mr Kowit Sirima, Mr Samran Mankong, Mr.Tawin Tantrakool, Mr Nguyen Van Thanh, and Mr Nguyen Hong Phuong is incharge of setting the company’s long-term goals along with monitoring theimplementation of significant company activities as well as making importantdecisions and policies Besides, it also takes responsibility for allocating resourcesappreciatively Additionally, the Board of Management prepares the company’sstrategic and annual planning, supervises the implementation of plans and financialreporting, and prepares major investments and acquisitions Developing cooperationwithin the company and promoting common development projects are also amongthe Board of Management’s key duties

Deputy General Director

Deputy General Director (Mr Kowit Sirima) - the legal representative of thecompany is together with the General Director to review the company’s annualbusiness plan He takes responsibility for monitoring and managing departments toensure that they are running in accordance with the company’s performance, goals,and strategy Additionally, he also examines and assesses the company’s achievedgoals, receives, and handles unanticipated situations

Production Department

The manufacture of the final product that the business must sell in order to generaterevenue is the responsibility of the production division Specifically, itsresponsibility is to transfer raw materials and other inputs into completed products

or services Between production steps, the department strives to increase theproduction line's effectiveness so it can reach output goals established by thebusiness management and guarantee that the completed goods provide customerswith the greatest value and quality

Marketing Department

One of a company's most vital departments is the one responsible for marketing.Building the company's reputation, creating methods to sell goods or services,providing information about those goods or services, and collecting feedbackthrough surveys or interviews to all interested parties are just a handful of thenumerous duties that marketing experts are engaged in

Sales and Purchase Department

The purchasing department of a company is responsible for procuring the goods,raw materials & services required to operate the organization effectively Thedepartment plans procurement activities based on the company's business goals Itsresponsibilities help in sourcing goods strategically at economical prices andoptimum quality Decisions such as in-house manufacturing or procurement fromexternal suppliers are taken at this purchasing stage

The sales department identifies sales goals and objectives and prepares a sales planthat acts as a guide to achieving them like the company’s history, goals and

objectives, target market, sales process, tools and resources The importance is thatthe department is responsible for bringing new business, pitching and closing a salesdeal

In common, the two departments take responsibility for managing the purchase andsale, signing sales confirmations according to customer orders, managing thequality of raw materials and inventory, placing orders and managing customerorders, and managing sales staff and inventory

Human Resources Department

For any business or organization, people are always one of the most importantfactors and are considered the most valuable capital deciding all other resources.The department is responsible for making a recruitment plan and organizingrecruitment based on the production and business plan It will create recruitmentstrategies, such as creating and posting job advertisements, evaluating resumes andother application materials for new applicants, and conducting interviews

In addition, it also organizes the monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections of thework program in the area under the board of management; organizes the company’swork, and calculates and balances the business situation of both input and output.This department is also in charge of giving basic training to new staff members, aswell as satisfying employee benefits, assessing human resources, and makingadjustments

Accounting and Finance Department

This department takes responsibility for organizing and directing all aspects ofaccounting, statistical and economic information Besides, it also proposes andmakes decisions suitable to the production activities of the company Additionally,the department analyzes and evaluates the situation and performance of thebusiness; continuously trains and retrains to improve professional qualifications for

accounting staff; signs vouchers, account reports, and statistics

After more than 15 years of establishment and development, TS Interseats VietnamCo., Ltd has made remarkable progress: growing up in terms of financial resources,and increasingly gaining a foothold in the market, the company has become theexclusive supplier for Honda, Yamaha, Vinfast, etc Additionally, according toinformation from the Accounting and Financial Department, the company’s revenue

is always quite high In 2020, under the context of the complicated andunpredictable Covid-19 pandemic all over the world, TS Interseats Vietnam Co.,Ltd can not avoid certain difficulties due to supply chain disruptions After twoconsecutive years when the economy is gradually recovering, the revenue hasreached an impressive number thanks to the leading and managing effort of theboard of management

Human Resources Department plays an important part in maintaining anddeveloping human management in the organization in a structured and thoroughmanner Currently, there are 5 employees working in the Human ResourcesDepartment at TSISVN The organizational structure of the department is dividedinto 2 levels, including the management level (HR manager and supervisor) and thestaff level (administrative staff, HR staff, and IT staff)

In terms of the management level, the HR manager takes on managing all

employees in the company, suggesting changes in policies and procedures based onemployee and company needs, supervising all HR activities, communications,reports and documents created and received by the department, and creating salarystructures and administering employee benefits The HR supervisor takesresponsibility for assisting the manager with staff requirements, performing variousadministrative tasks and correctly processing paperwork, making visas, passports,etc for foreigners working in the company, and arranging training sessions with allnew hires

In terms of the staff level, the administrative staff is responsible for compensation

and benefits for departments and announcing the number of meals to the kitchen
