1 GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG

• Sóng vô tuyến trong hệ thống truyền thanh, truyền hình hay sóng trong lò vi sóng … tuy có công dụng khác nhau nhưng có chung bản chất và được gọi là sóng điện từ hay bức xạ điện từ.

• Điểm khác nhau cơ bản của sóng điện từ là tần số hay bước sóng

1.1 ĐẶC ĐIỂM CỦA ÁNH SÁNG

Sự khác biệt về tần số dẫn đến sự khác biệt quan trọng khác là ta có thể thấy được sóng điện từ hay không?

• Trong vùng ánh sáng thấy được, cảm giác của mắt ghi nhận được 7 màu:

2.1 QUANG TRỞ

thuộc nhiều vào ánh sáng như: CdS, CdSe, … (còn gọi là các chất bán dẫn nhạy quang)

- Vật liệu bán dẫn này được chế tạo theo hình ziczăc, mạ KL ở 2 đầu để nối với các điện cực

• CÁC THAM SỐ CỦA QUANG TRỞ

- Độ nhạy quang: biểu thị trị số dòng điện sáng ứng với một quang thông

- Suất nhạy quang: là độ nhạy ứng với một đơn vị điện áp đặt vào quang trở

- Điện trở tối: là giá trị của quang trở khi chưa được chiếu sáng (Φ = 0) Trên thực tế: Rtối = 100KΩ ÷ 10MΩ.Ω

2.1 QUANG TRỞ

• CÁC THAM SỐ CỦA QUANG TRỞ

- Mức sáng ngưỡng: là quang thông tối thiểu chiếu vào quang trở sao cho dòng điện sáng vượt lên trên nền nhiễu

- Hệ số nhiệt của dòng điện sáng: phản ánh lượng thay đổi tương đối của dòng điện sáng theo nhiệt độ

Dựa vào đặc tính điện trở thay đổi theo cường độ ánh sáng chiếu vào, người ta thường dùng quang trở làm phần tử cảm biến trong các thiết bị đo ánh sáng hoặc trong các mạch điều khiển tự động

- Là một chuyển tiếp P-N sao cho ánh sáng chiếu trực tiếp vào

bề mặt phiến bán dẫn thông qua 1 cửa sổ nhỏ hay 1 thấu kính

- Dựa vào hiệu ứng quang áp là hiện tượng làm xuất hiện sức điện động trên 2 cực của chuyển tiếp P-N khi được chiếu sáng (với cường độ và bước sóng thích hợp)

- Như vậy sự thay đổi cường độ ánh sáng sẽ điều khiển dòng IC.

• NGUYÊN LÝ HOẠT ĐỘNG

- Xét Transistor quang NPN

- Khi chưa được chiếu sáng, do cực B hở nên chỉ có dòng ngược

ICEO rất nhỏ

- Khi được chiếu sáng, trong miền B sinh ra các điện tử và lỗ trống

- Các điện tử sẽ khuếch tán về JC và bị điện trường tiếp xúc trong JCcuốn qua miền C, làm tăng dòng IC

- Các lỗ trống bị đẩy trở lại miền B và tái hợp với 1 số điện tử từ miền E sang
