This form will be used for current high school students who wish to enroll as a concurrent student with Kansas State University either on campus or online. Once all of the documents and signatures have been received, an admissions decision will be made and the student will be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed. If you are a continuous, concurrent high school student, you will not need to resubmit an application or repay the $40 application fee. If you want to take courses through the Polytechnic (Salina) campus, please contact 785‐826‐2640 or
