articulation and

realization of a shared

vision of continuous

school improvement

a) Candidates articulate a vision focused on high levels of learning for all students

b) Candidates create a process for the development of a shared vision

c) Candidates identify and stakeholders for the process

of developing a shared vision

d) Candidates develop a vision with one other student.

e) The candidates delineate the beliefs, behaviors and practices that are

consistent with the developed vision, and list the necessary changes

f) The candidates develop a vision for their buildings with three other students.

g) The candidates develop a timeline and process to implement the developed vision

h) The candidates design a collaborative, systematic approach to collect and analyze data about the school’s progress toward the vision

i) The candidate outline the necessary steps for remaining focused on the vision through difficulties, setbacks and failures.

j) The candidates collaborate with a building staff to develop and communicate a shared vision using multiple
