thăng tiến của nữ trí thức Bên cạnh đó, vai
trò giới trong gia đình đặt lên vai người phụ
nữ những gánh nặng, khiến họ ít thời gian
dành cho công tác chuyên môn, nghiên cứu
khoa học, nguồn kinh phí dành cho công tác
nghiên cứu khoa học còn eo hẹp, sự tôn
vinh chưa kịp thời, tuổi về hưu của nữ giới
sớm hơn 5 năm đã ảnh hưởng, tác động
nhiều đến con đường nghiên cứu khoa học
của nữ giới

tục trao quyền cho phụ nữ trên tất cả các
lĩnh vực, cụ thể hóa vào các chính sách
Đội ngũ nữ khoa học là nhóm tinh hoa của
phụ nữ Việt Nam, cần tạo điều kiện để họ
hoàn thành tốt sứ mệnh, đóng góp tích cực
vào sự phát triển bền vững
