I General Requirements

Having studying the Bidding Documents issued, prevail regulation on quality control and construction supervision of construction works, our Bidder will

propose the proper plan for construction and completion of Work of this Package

in compliance with the conditions of contract

1 Construction arrangement

For ensuring the construction progress schedule and construction quality required by the Employer and basing on the quantities of works to be completed and site conditions, the construction lines are proposed to arrange as follows:

The Works will be constructed and completed mainly by construction

equipment and machinery in combination of use of common labor

All construction lines shall be almost developed at the same time over the site upon receiving the commencement order from Employer

A The Project Management Board shall be located at the site for overall

management and direction of construction and completion of works of

construction lines during construction period, that will mobilize construction units from this construction section to other, distribute and arrange properly the

construction equipment, machinery, manpower so that they will be used

effectively

MANPOWER MOBILIZATION

1 General

This is the most important factor in execution of works, because the quality and construction progress to be depended on this factor

Bidder shall provide the construction equipment and machinery, testing instrument and measurement instruments in enough number and type with high productivity in good operation conditions, responding the advantaged construction line and technology for construction and completion of works as required by the Employer One workshop shall be arranged by the Bidder for maintaining construction equipment and machinery in good conditions time by time during construction period

The key personnel consisting the experience skill management staffs and professional engineers, they have been trained with the professional education and success experience from previous similar construction work, which they have participated in They are able to manage and direct construction and completion of works success

Bidder shall mobilize the experience Technicians, Machinery Operators, Driver and Skill Labor, they have been trained at the professional training schools and have the professional acknowledge and skill They are able to operate machinery and carry their work effectively

Firstly Bidder shall use maximally their available resource, if still not enough, the local labor shall be employed in place
