PASSIVE SENTENCE (VOICE) (Câu bị động)
1 ĐỊNH NGHĨA :
- Câu chủ động (ACTIVE) : là câu trong đó chủ ngữ là người hay vật thực hiện hành động.
- Câu bị động (PASSIVE) : là câu trong đó chủ ngữ là người hay vật nhận hoặc chịu
tác động của hành động.
Ex : CĐ: They built this house in 2000.
BĐ : This house was built in 2000.
2 CẤU TRÚC CHUNG :
NOTE: by me; by him; by her; by us; by them; by people; by someone trong câu bị
động thường được bỏ.
Trạng từ chỉ nơi chốn thường đứng trước “by”,
trạng từ chỉ thời gian thường đứng sau “by”.
