• Where: ở đâu

• Where’s = Where is

• Where’s Grandma = Where is Grandma: bà ở đâu?

• They’re = They are : họ

2 Listen and read (Nghe và lặp lại ) (track 89)

Where’s Grandma? Is she in the kitchen?

She’s in the dining room No, she isn’t

Where are Dad and Billy? Are they in the living room?

They’re in the dining room, too No, they aren’t.

3 + Cách sử dụng:

1 Where’s = Where is dùng cho Chủ ngữ số ít (1 người ví dụ: Mom,

Grandma, Rosy, Dad, Billy,….)

Example1 (ví dụ): Where’s Dad?; Where’s Billy?

2 Where’re = Where are dùng cho Chủ ngữ số nhiều ( 2 người trở lên ví dụ:

Mom and Dad, Billy and Rosy, Grandma and Grandpa, )

Example 2 (ví dụ): Where are Dad and Billy? Where are Grandma and

Grandpa?

3 They : họ (chỉ danh từ số nhiều.)

She : dành chỉ phụ nữ, con gái

He: dùng chỉ đàn ông, con trai

Example3: Where’s Rosy? Where are Dad and Mom? Where’s Billy?

She’s in the bedroom They’re in the kitchen.

He’s in the bathroom.
