( have/has phụ thuộc vào chủ ngữ số nhiều hay số ít )

*Relative clause ( Mệnh đề quan hệ)

Danh từ đứng trước Chủ từ Từ bổ túc Sở hữu cách

(lưu ý: không bắt buộc dung “ that “ )

*Because ………….= Because of ( due to , since, on account of )

Because + clause ( S + V + O )

 Because of noun/pharse noun ( Khác chủ ngữ )

 Because of V-ing ( cùng chủ ngữ )

(lưu ý về thì)

*Although,Even though, though = In spite of , Despite ( Mặc dù)

Although S + BE + Adj

 In spite of + possessive adj + Noun (Khác chủ ngữ )

 in spite of + V-ing ( Cùng chủ ngữ )

( adj  noun : tired  tiredness , ill  illness , sick  sickness , poor 

Poverty, Happy  happiness, sad  sorrow, beautiful  beauty, rich  richness,… )

*Reported Statement ( Câu tường thuật )

 S + said + that S1 + V ( lùi 1 thì ) + O.

“ S1 + V + O “ S said to someone

 S + TOLD someone + that S1 + V ( lùi 1 thì ) + O.
