II GIỚI THIỆU NGUYÊN LÝ HOẠT ĐỘNG HỆ THỐNG HVAC/ THE INTRODUCE

OPERATION PRINCIPLES HVAC SYSTEM.

1 Hệ thống điều hòa không khí VRF/ The air conditioning VRF system.

- Các thiết bị điều hòa không khí ở đây đều là loại làm lạnh trực tiếp và giải nhiệt bằng không

khí, mỗi tổ Outdoor Unit (dàn nóng) kết nối với nhiều Indoor Unit (dàn lạnh)

At this construction, the air conditioning equipments are all types of direct cooling and air

cooling, each outdoor unit (outdoor unit) connected to many Indoor Units (indoor units).

- Hệ thống điều hòa VRF có thể điều chỉnh năng suất lạnh bằng cách điều khiển lưu lượng

môi chất lạnh qua máy nén với tên viết tắt là VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow)

The air conditioning VRF system can adjust the cold capacity by control amount refrigerant

flow through compressor with the abbreviation VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow).

- Tùy thuộc vào nhu cầu tải nhiệt trong các phòng và chế độ đặt trên máy điều hòa Các bộ vi

xử lý trong các Indoor Unit điều khiển độ mở của Van tiết lưu, kiểm soát lưu lượng môi chất

lạnh => Kiểm soát năng suất lạnh

Depending on the demand of cooling in the rooms and the air-conditioning mode The

microprocessors in the Indoor Unit control the open/close percentage of the expension

valve to control refrigerant flow => Adjusting cooling capacity.

2 Hệ thống thông gió/ The ventilation system.

- Hệ thống thông gió là hệ thống các quạt cấp gió tươi và hút gió thải, để làm thông thoáng

không khí cho các khu vực như canteen, hành lang, sảnh, nhà vệ sinh, phòng kho, phòng kỹ

thuật, cầu thang,…

The ventilation system is a system of fans to supply fresh air and exhausting exhaust air, to

make sure air ventilation for areas such as canteen, corridor, lobby, toilets, storage rooms,

technical rooms, stair area,…

III GIỚI THIỆU HỆ THỐNG HVAC TẠI DỰ ÁN CP PAPER/ THE INTRODUCE

HVAC SYSTEM AT CP PAPER.

1 Hệ thống điều hòa không khí VRF/ The air condition system VRF.

- Hệ thống VRF tại dự án bao gồm 3 cụm máy điều hòa không khí VRF cho 03 tầng khu nhà

văn phòng, Cụm dàn nóng đặt trên mái nhà khu Office, các dàn lạnh được bố trí trong các

phòng chức năng Chi tiết xem bản vẽ hoàn công dự án

The VRF system at the project includes 3 VRF air conditioners for 03 office floors, the

indoor units are installed at roof floor, the indoor units are installed inside air condition

space Details see the as-buit completion drawing.

+ Cụm số 1 – VRF-001: Với 13 dàn lạnh -1 PAU – Công suất cụm dàn nóng là tổ hợp của 3

dàn nóng có tổng công suất là 113.5kW

Cluster No 1 - VRF-001: With 13 indoor units -1 PAU - The capacity of the outdoor unit

is a combination of 3 outdoor units with a total capacity of 113.5kW.

+ Cụm số 2 - VRF-002: Với 19 dàn lạnh – Công suất cụm dàn nóng là tổ hợp của 2 dàn

nóng có tổng công suất là 73.5kW

Cluster No 2 - VRF-002: With 19 indoor units - The capacity of the outdoor unit is a

combination of 2 outdoor units with a total capacity of 73.5kW.

+ Cụm số 3 - VRF-003: Với 04 dàn lạnh – Công suất cụm dàn nóng là 22.4kW

Cluster No 3 - VRF-003: With 04 indoor units - Capacity of outdoor unit is 22.4kW.

- Nguồn cấp cho các dàn lạnh và dàn nóng được lấy từ tủ DB-HVAC-01 tầng trệt

The Power supply for indoor units and outdoor units from DB-HVAC-01 cabinet at ground

floor.

2 Hệ thống thông gió/ The ventilation system.

- Hệ thống thông gió của nhà văn phòng bao gồm 3 quạt cấp gió tươi FAF và 3 quạt gió thải

EAF

At this project, he ventilation system includes 3 fresh air fans FAF and 3 exhaust air fans

EAF

+ Quạt FAF 001: cấp gió tươi cho các khu vực tầng trệt (hành lang WC, phòng kỹ thuật, cầu

thang), tầng 1 (hành lang WC), tầng 2 (canteen, sảnh thang, hành lang, phòng kho, phòng

VIP, phòng kỹ thuật)

FAF 001 fan: fresh air supply for ground floor areas (WC corridor, technical room,

stairs), 1st floor (WC corridor), 2nd floor (canteen, lobby, corridor, storage room, VIP

room, technical room)

+ Quạt FAF 002: cấp gió tươi cho khu vực tầng 2 (phòng Owner)

FAF 002 fan: fresh air supply for 2nd floor area (Owner room)

+ Quạt FAF 003: cấp gió tươi cho khu vực tầng 2 (phòng bếp)

FAF 003 fan: fresh air supply for 2nd floor area (kitchen room)

+ Quạt EAF 001: hút gió thải cho các khu vực tầng trệt (phòng kho, lối thoát hiểm,

WCnam- nữ), tầng 1 (WC nam- nữ, phòng thay đồ), tầng 2 (canteen, hành lang, sảnh thang,

phòng kho, phòng kỹ thuật, WC nam-nữ, cầu thang)

EAF fan 001: exhaust ventilation for ground floor areas (storage room, emergency exit,

male-female WC), 1st floor (WC male-female, locker room), 2nd floor (canteen, corridor,

lobby, storage room, technical room, male-female WC, stairs)

+ Quạt EAF 002: hút gió thải cho khu vực tầng 2 (toilet phòng Owner)

EAF 002 fan: exhaust ventilation for 2nd floor area (toilet Owner room)

+ Quạt EAF 003: hút gió thải cho khu vực tầng 2 (phòng bếp)

EAF 003 fan: exhaust ventilation for 2nd floor area (kitchen room)

- Nguồn cấp cho các quạt gió tươi FAF 001, FAF 003 và gió thải EAF 001, EAF 003 lấy từ tủ

DB-HVAC-02, nguồn cấp cho quạt FAF 002, EAF 002 lấy từ nguồn cấp cho đèn trong

taken from DB-HVAC-02 cabinet, power supply for FAF 002 fans and EAF 002 taken from

the supply source for room lights

IV CÁC BƯỚC VẬN HÀNH HỆ THỐNG/ STEPS OPERATION.

1 Hệ thống điều hòa VRF/ The air condition VRF system.

1.1.Quy trình chạy hệ thống/ Process to start system.

- Tại tủ DB-HVAC-01, bật các CB dàn nóng và dàn lạnh, để cấp nguồn đến các thiết bị

At DB-HVAC-01 cabinet, turn on the outdoor units and indoor units, to supply power the

devices.

- Ấn nút ON/OFF trên bộ điều khiển hoặc Smart Manager (bộ điều khiển trung tâm VRF) khi

thấy đèn sáng màu xanh là Indoor Units được khởi động

Press ON / OFF button on the remote controller or Smart Manager (the central controller

VRF) when you see the green light, it mean Indoor Units is started.

- Cài đặt các chế độ nhiệt độ, tốc độ quạt… trên bảng điều khiển

Set the temperature, fan speed on the remote controller.

- Sau khoản vài phút các bộ vi xử lý sẽ lệnh cho Outdoor Unit khởi động

After a few minutes the microprocessor will export signal for Outdoor Unit to start.

1.2.Trình tự ngừng máy/ Process to stop system.

- Ấn nút ON/OFF trên bộ điều khiển hoặc Smart Manager khi thấy đèn tắt là Indoor Unit đã

được tắt

Press the ON / OFF button on the remote controller or Smart Manager when the light is

turned off, it mean the Indoor Unit is turned off.

- Khi tắt hết Indoor Unit trong một tổ hợp, thì Outdoor Unit của tổ hợp đó sẽ tự động tắt

When turning off all Indoor Unit in a combination, the Outdoor Unit of that combination

will automatically turn off.

Chú ý: Không tắt trực tiếp các Indoor Unit bằng aptomat đặt trong tủ điện mà phải tắt bằng

remoter trước Không nên tắt các aptomat của các Uotdoor Unit và aptomat tổng trong suốt cả

mùa chạy nếu không ngừng sử dụng lâu để sấy dầu bôi trơn trong các máy nén Sau thời gian

tắt lâu ngày khi bật trở lại phải cấp nguồn vào các Outdoor Unit trước ít nhất 6h để sưởi lại

dầu bôi trơn trước khi chạy các Indoor Unit

Note: Do not directly turn off Indoor Units with aptomat placed in the electrical cabinet, but

turn off by remote controller first Do not turn off the aptomat of the Outdoor Unit and the

aptomat during the running season if it is not long-term used to dry the lubricating oil in the

compressors After a long period of shutdown when turned back on, the power must be

supplied to the Outdoor Units at least 6 hours before heating the lubricating oil before

running the Indoor Units.

1.4.Cách sử dụng smart manager (bộ điều khiển trung tâm)/ Manual using Smart manager

+ Central 2: Ngăn cấm sử dụng chức năng start/stop, mode, cài đặt nhiệt độ/

Not control Start/ Stop, mode, setting temperature.

+ Central 3: Ngăn cấm sử dụng chứcnăng mode, cài đặt nhiệt độ/ Not control mode, setting temperature functions.

+ Central 4: Ngăn cấm sử dụng chứcnăng mode trên remote controller/ Notcontrol mode function on the remotecontroller

Ví dụ: + Muốn chọn indoor để ON/ OFF trên remote trung tâm.

Ta chọn Group(All/Zone/Group) vào mũi tên lên xuống của Group để chọnindoor ứng với vị trí trung tâm trên remote trung tâm để vận hành indoor đó

For example: + To select indoor to ON / OFF on the remote center.

We select Group (All / Zone / Group) on the Group's up and down arrows to select the indoor with the central position on the central remote to operate that indoor.

2 Hệ thống quạt thông gió/ The ventilation system.

- Tại tủ DB-HVAC-02 bật các CB của các quạt FAF001, FAF003, EAF001, EAF 003  Nhấn

Start/Stop để chạy hoặc tắt quạt theo nhu cầu

At the DB-HVAC-02 cabinet, turn on the fans of FAF001, FAF003, EAF001, EAF 003 

Press Start / Stop to run or turn off the fan as needed.

-Lưu ý: Quạt hút nhà bếp EAF 003 có có 2 chức năng là hút mùi cho phòng bếp và hút khói
