Clean the stone surface to help the penetration

Dry the stone or ceramics completely

Apply with a brush or sprayer evenly on the surface, ensure the coverage

Clean the excess off the surface after 15-30 minutes

Re-application should be at 45 minutes interval

Further process can be applied after 24 hours in cool and dry places

Do not expose to rain in 24 hours

Do not apply under zero degree

White marks may occur on the treated surface and it will not affect the protective effect Please clean it with water

Small area test is recommended before application to make sure the color change and protective effect can be accepted

ABA 655V

Phụ gia Latex dùng cho vữa và lớp láng

Product Description

ABA 655V is a water dispersion primer designed to improve shear

and tensile bond of sand/cement screeds, waterproofing coatings,

plasters, render mortars and paint It is use for treating porous

substrates and materials

Thus, it can be used as a primer to prevents gypsum substrates from

breaking off from the chemical reaction between gypsum and

cement aluminates

Primer Feature/Benefits

Application Range

Coverage / Dosage

Approximately coverage per 20 litres pail are:-

• First apply a slurry coat using a roller, brush or a flat trowel, to a

maximum thickness of 2mm While the slurry coat is still wet, apply

render over it Ensure firm pressure on the trowel to work with the

render into good contact with the surface

• Renders are applied in the normal manner up to 13mm thick and

allow to take initial set Renders in excess of 13mm should be

applied in a two coat operation

SCREED

• First apply the slurry coat using a roller, brush or a flat trowel, to a

maximum thickness of 2mm while the slurry coat is still wet, apply

the screed mix Using the straight edge, trowel or timber batten to

level the screed Recommended minimum thickness of screed

15mm Screed should be left with a good float finish to create a

key for tiling / waterproofing

Product Limitations

• If ABA 655V is to be used on heated concrete slabs, it must be

used undiluted

• In exterior conditions, it is essential to provide protection from all

extremes of climate during the whole fixing process

• Protect ABA 655V liquid from frost – do not allow freezing

Safety Data

ABA 655V is non-toxic, however to avoid skin contact protective

clothing should be worn Should it come into contact with eyes wash

immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment

Trước tiên sử dụng cọ lăn, cọ, bay trát lớp hồ xi-măng với độ dày tối đa là 2mm, thi công lớp láng trong khi lớp hồ còn ướt Dùng thước thẳng, bay hoặc bàn chà gỗ làm phẳng lớp láng Độ dày tối thiểu của lớp láng là 15mm Lớp láng nền phải được hoàn thiện

một cách tốt nhất trước khi chống thấm hoặc lát gạch
