STEP 1:

Assign each category of your goals into a different colour as shown below Note there is a

separate category for your daily routine

STEP 2:

Sit down on a Sunday evening and start to plan the week ahead Start by listing some of

the action points that you came up under the Taking Action Module Also start listing the

action items that you normally do as part of your daily routine An example is given below: Action points for the week (examples)

Step 3:

Next step is to plug in all your action points into your diary A template diary is provided in the next few pages You will notice that this is not a standard template, as the timings start very early and finish later on (5am till 10pm) The key is to block out times and dedicate those times to the activities An example is provided for you
