ADTO Ringlock Shoring System is made by high strength steel tube material in OD48.3mm for normal

construction project and OD60mm for Heavy Duty System project

The main components of ADTO Ringlock Shoring System include Ringlock standard, ledger, diagonal

brace, base jack, u head jack and side bracket

The success of ADTO Ringlock Shoring System lies in its principal design features as below

4 No special tools required for assembly (hammer and level only)

5 Low maintenance required to keep in top working condition

ADTO Ringlock standards are principally used in the base structure for formwork support applications They are made by high quality steel pipes of OD 48.3mm with a ring joint welded at every 500mm interval, and to make sure good connection with other standard, an OD57mm pipe is welded at one end of the standard

The ledgers are manufactured from 48.3mm O.D tube with two casted head ends which locate into

the hole of the ring of the standards and are locked in place by the pin Ledgers are available in

various lengths to provide the desired grid dimension for formwork

ADTO RINGLOCK DIAGONAL BRACE

The diagonal braces use OD 33mm steel pipes as raw materials, with two casted heads welded at the

ends of the pipe When installing the braces to the structure, you only need to locate the brace heads to

the ring of the standard and then lock the pin by a hammer With diagonal braces installed, the

falsework will be more stable and safer

shown below are tested in Hunan railway college civil engineering co.,ltd

The load tests were carried out in order to determine the actual load carrying capacities of the Ringlock system

A hydraulic Jack with digital pressure gauge was used to transmit the applied compressive load on top of the specimens for the loading testing An axial compressive load was applied

by the hydraulic jack at a rate not exceeding 20 Kn per minute until the test frame failed The magnitude of the applied load was monitored through the pressure gauge
