1 The thesis focuses on research, analysis, and clarification of concepts on
development of theoretical thinking of political instructor staff in the Vietnam People's Army Accordingly, the connotation of the identified concept specifies the purpose, subjects, forces, objects, content, form and measures to develop theoretical thinking of political instructor staff in the Vietnam People's Army today

Army Analyze several basic characteristics: first, depending on the updates infomation, addition of scientific knowledge; second, depending on the practices of
military activities, implementing the obligation of political chairing, directing the party work, political work in the division; depending on the reviewing the practice of implementing the Party work, political work, acquiring, inheriting the experience of
this field; third, depending on subjective factors of political instructor staff.
3 Based on the actual survey and assessment of the true state of developing theoretical thinking of political instructor staff today, allowing the thesis to find the contradictions, the issues to be addressed, identifying the impacting factor At the same time, the author proposes basic solutions: Continue to improve the quality of educating and fostering theoretical thinking of political instructor staff; actively put political instructors into the practice of the party work, political work to train and develop theoretical thinking; positively activate the role of the subjective factor of political instructor staff in self learning, self-discipline, cultivating, developing theoretical thinking
