Now you introduce her.

T puts the flashcards respectively on the desk for S to say

S listens, looks at the flashcards and introduces the corresponding flashcard to each one pointed at by T

T points to the right flashcard and asks:

Do you know him/her?

What’s his/her name?

Task 3 Listen and respond/ answer/ act out.

T points to the flashcards and says: Now imagine these boys and girls

are/are not your friends Answer my questions.

T points to the flashcards 1 & 2 and asks: Are they your friends?

T nods his/her head and answers: Yes, they are.

T points to flashcards 3 & 4 and asks: Are they your friends? and

shakes his/her head and answers: No, they aren’t Then T says to

S: Now you answer my questions OK?

S listens and replies

to each question

T uses gestures and says:

1 T points to flashcards 4 & 5 and asks: Are they your friends?

2 T points to flashcard 5 and asks: Is she your friend?

3 T points to flashcard 3 and asks: Is he your friend?

4 T points to flashcard 2 and asks: Who’s this?

5 T points to flashcard 1 and asks: What’s her name?
