What do young people often do in the

foundation day of HCM YU?

You are going to read a note and a

proposal about an event to celebrate the foundation day of HCM YU.

II Pre-writing

1 Reading (Pairwork): (7 minutes)Ask sts to read the text on page 100 and answer the following questions:

1.     What is the event?

2.     What is it for?

3.     When and where is it held?

4.     Who are the participants? How many?

5.     What needs to be prepared? Who is in charge?

6.     What do they plan for March 25?

7.     What do they plan for March 26?

8.     How much money do they need in total?

9.     Who is it prepared by ?

10.   Who is it approved by?

2 Pre teach vocab:(5 minutes)
