I wish to inform you that the MV “IVS HUNTER” collided with your vessel MV “name of opponent vessel” at state time and date in position state position due to your negligence and fault.
I therefore hold you fully responsible for all damage ,loss of earnings and expenses which may be incurred by my Owners, Manager and Charterer on account of the above incident
We hereby reserve the right to take necessary steps against your vessel for the protection of the
interests of all parties concerned with my vessel
I also invite you to appoint a surveyor ,to ascertain the extent of damage suffered by my vessel, on your behalf
