I Cài đặt các tham số cho máy tính

Bước 1: Cài hệ điều hành Window XP SP2

Bước 2: Cài đặt các tham số hệ thống

- Video configuaration

- Hard disk partitioning(500GB)

III Cài đặt ORACLE

Bước 1: Chuẩn bị cho cài đặt ORACLE

- FTP Service Installation

- Insert CD Windown SP2

To install the FTP service with Windows 2000 or XP, you have to install IIS

To install IIS, use Add/Remove Programs in the control panel.

In Add/Remove program, select Add/Remove Windows Components.

In the Windows Components Wizard, IIS is called Internet Information

Services Click on "Internet Services (IIS)" to add the IIS component Confirm

by OK and Next The wizard configures the components

In Windows XP be sure to click on Details to check that the FTP service is

selected, as it is not selected by default Click on End to finish the installation.Close the add program module IIS is now installed

- FTP Service Parameter

Open Control Panel of Window

Open Administrative Tools.

Open Computer Management.

Open Properties on the Default FTP Site (right click).

Click on Write box on the FTP Site Directory and verify the Read and Log

visits box

Confirm by Apply and OK.

Bước 2: Cài đặt phần mềm ORACLE cho máy Server

Yêu cầu:

Product to install Oracle9i Database 9.2.0.1.0

1- Cài đặt các CD1-CD3

- When the first CD is run the following screen appears The CDs no longer

need to be copied onto the hard disk as the Pentium IV bug of the Oracleinstaller has been corrected

Click on Start installation or, if this is not the first installation, on Install/Uninstall products.

- If the disk does not start automatically, the installation can be runmanually by clicking on setup.exe In principle, the language of the install program

is that of the OS

- In this form, input the name is Ora92 of the Ora9i installation and the installation directory E:\oracle\ora92 (depending on the server partitions) Click on Next to select the products.

- In the case this of a server, select Oracle 9i Database, then click on Next.

- Select the Standard Edition version then click on Next.

Select Software Only, as the database is configured by Controcad Then click on Next.

- Click on Next to display a summary of the options chosen.

- Click on Install to run the installation or on Back if the selection

needs to be modified

- The installation executes

Change the CD in the drive when requested by the installation program3CD and 1 path

The install process completes

- When the installation is done, click on Exit and Confirm by OK

- The Enterprise Manager console opens; close the console by selecting

the Quit option in the File menu.

- The installation is terminated The server Listener service must now beinstalled In the Start menu select Program→Oracle –Home Name>Configuration and Migration Tools>Net Configuration Assistant.

- Select Configure Listener mode, then click on Next.

- Select Add then click on Next.

- Input the name of the LISTENER module, then click on Next.

- Select the protocols used; retain TCP only, then click on Next.

- Define the Listener port by retaining the port used by default (port 1521), then click Next.

Respond No to the configuration of another Listener module then click Next The Listener is now configured; the OracleTNSListener service is created and runs affter click Finish.

2- Cài đặt patch 9.2.0.4

- To correct a problem due to the Oracle ADO provider, install the patch9.2.0.4 This patch is not included in patch 9.2.0.5 Run the installation byexecuting the setup.exe located in stage\disk1\ The install program executes; thefile location screen appears:

- Select the installation name Ora92 that corresponds to the previous installation of Oracle 9i Path E:\Oracle\ora92, check the installation path Click

- Click on Next

The product installation summary appears

Click on Install.

- The end of installation message appears; click on Exit

- Then confirm by Yes to quit the installation.

- Installing Universal Installer

Run the installation by executing the setup.exe located in stage\disk1\

A command prompt window opens

The install program executes; the file location screen appears:

Check that the source file of the products to be installed is theproducts.xml file located in disk1\stage.

Select the installation name: Ora92 that corresponds to the previous installation of Oracle 9i ; check the installation path E:\Oracle\ora92

Click on Install.

Installation of the product starts

The end of installation message appears; click on Exit

Then confirm by Yes to quit the installation.

- Installing the 9.2.0.5 Path

This patch can be installed after the Universal Installer is installed

If the patch is installed on a server with a previously created database,then:

Drop the xmlconcat function by:

C:\> sqlplus / NOLOG

SQL> CONNECT SYS/ORACLE AS SYSDBA

SQL> DROP PUBLIC synonym XMLCONCAT;

SQL> DROP FUNCTION XMLCONCAT;

Then stop the database:

SQL> SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE

In all cases, stop all the services associated to Oracle (OracleOra92TNSlistner,OracleOra92agent,OracleMTSRecoveryService,OrackeO ra92HTTPServer etc.)

Click Control panel

Click Administrator

Click Service

As during the installation of the Installer, run the installation by setup.exelocated in \disk1\

A command prompt window opens

The install program executes; the file location screen appears:

Check that the source file of the products to be installed is theproducts.xml file located in disk1\stage

Select the patch: E:\Oracle\ora92 and name Ora92 as the product to be

installed (default selection):

Then click on Next.

Check the list of products to be installed and click on Install.

The installation executes; at the end of the installation the followingscreen is displayed:

Click on Exit

Confirm by Yes to quit the installation.

The installation is terminated; the services can now be restarted

III Cài đặt phần mềm CONTROCAD

Any previous version of Controcad must be uninstalled beforeinstalling this software Use the "Add/Remove programs" utility in theWindows NT configuration panel Cf 3.5 Uninstall Controcad

The type of station (client or server) is determined by the presence orabsence of the ORACLE Server software (cf Erreur ! Aucun nom n'a été donné ausignet.)

3.1 Execution

Insert the CD-CCAD CD-ROM

Setup.exe executes automatically from the CD; a message advises thedeactivation of antivirus software during the installation process

This panel informs the user as to the type of ORACLE station(CONTROCAD CLIENT or CONTROCAD SERVER) and, in the case of aControcad server, whether the database instance is an "initialized" or "uninitializedORACLE 9i Database Server"

Click on Next

If the FTP software is not present on a server PC, a warning panel isdisplayed You can only resume it after the manual installation of the IISfunction for Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP (cf procedure in Appendix 4.7 ofthis document)

Comment: If you attempt to install the Controcad software over a

previous version, a panel asking you to uninstall the previous version is displayed.Run the Add/Remove programs utility in the Windows Control Panel)

3.2 Selecting the Destination Directories

The window below is displayed when Setup is executed for the first time

This is the root used for the CONTROCAD software Confirm the name

or input a destination is E:\P320 directory name of your choice and click on Next.

This is the root used to contain the local data Confirm the name or input a

software destination is E:\P320\Data directory of your choice and click on Next

On the server only, this is the root directory utilized to host all ofthe shared CONTROCAD data (mimic views, documentation etc.) and theORACLE table index

Confirm the name or input a software destination is E:\P320\Share directory of your choice and click on Next

If the destination directory does not exist, the installation software

displays a confirmation panel Click on OK to create the directory.

3.3 Selecting the Installation Components

The window below is used to select the components to be installed

By default the components corresponding to the Controcad PC type (Server orClient) are selected

It is possible to select components in accordance with the functionalconstraints of CONTROCAD For example, although it is impossible to selectthe Controcad software without also selecting the Perl component, you can selectSDA server on a client station if you want the station to execute the SDA serverfunction

Click Next

3.4 Configuring the SDA Server

The SDA server is installed on all the PC; each PC could be a SDA server.The user must in all cases supply a port number to be utilized by the SDAfunction (port number 7522 is proposed by default) Please refer to theproject parameterization document

Click Next

3.5 Installing the Software

Wating for 20-30 minute

3.6 Installing the Alspa Toolcase Software

If the Alspa Toolcase software is selected in the components window (Cf.3.4.3) the Setup program executes

Click on Next

IMPORTANT: in the screen above, the P80 proposes installation by default in C: This may not be the right value Check that there is enough space.

Retain the default component configuration Click on Next.

Check that the selected option is to restart the computer later and click on

Finish (No, I will restart my computer later).

3.7 Installing Alspa Toolcase Service Pack 1

Click on Next to install the Alspa Toolcase Service Pack; the Setup

program executes

3.8 Installing the DI103

After installing the Alspa Toolcase Service Pack 1, the user mustinstall the DI103 loader The following windows appears:

Click on Next to continue the installation.

Click on Yes to accept the license and continue the Setup If you

choose No, the installation will stop

Input the installation path E:\DI103_Loader for the DI103 loader, which will usually be the same disk as for the P80; then click on Next.

Click on Finish to complete the Setup.

The installation terminates by copying the files The DI103 Loader is theninstalled

3.9 Installing the DI80 Loader

Click on Next to continue the installation of the D180 loader then

click again on Next

Input the installation path E:\DI80_loader for the DI80 loader, which will

usually be the same disk as for the P80

Click on Finish to complete the Setup.

The installation terminates by copying the files The DI80 Loader is theninstalled

3.10 Installing the Cell Loader

Click on Next to continue the Cell Loader Setup program.

Input the installation path C:\CellLoader for the Cell loader, which will

usually be the same disk as for the P80

The Setup procedure is completed

Click on Finish to end the Cell Loader Setup.

3.11 Creating S8000-E Network Routes

If you are on the PC that is connected to the S8000 controller network,

click on Yes If not conection click No.

If the S8000 network is an S8000-S5.0 type, click on No to have not create

the routing to this network A file named routadd_S5_0.bat is created and run todeclare the routing

If the S8000 network is an S8000-S5.1 type , click on Yes to create the

routing to this network A file named routadd_S5_1.bat is created and run todeclare the routing

3.12 SDA Server IP Address

If the response to the question concerning the S8000 network connection ispositive, input the IP address of the PC used as an SDA server (by default, the

address given is 195.0.0.63) click Next

If the PC is not connected to the S8000, this address screen doesnot appear (negative response if the PC is connected to the S8000, cf 3.4.11)

3.13 Creating the ORACLE Database (server only)

If no ORACLE database (ORCL) exists on the Controcad server, thepanel below is displayed to allow the user to create one

Click on Yes to create the database

An MS-Dos trace window associated with the creation of the database

opens The operation lasts approximately 10 minutes

Comment: Errors may appear in the window; they are related to attempts to

delete a previous database instance where no previous database exists

A trace file is produced This file can be consulted with Notepad from theExplorer

This screen appears at the end of the creation of the ORACLEdatabase instance (ORCL):

Click on OK

Addition of a connection to a new CONTROCAD server

The window below opens:

Acknowledge by responding No.

Automatic Server backup

Refer to the Appendixes for further details on the backup and restorefunctions

Click on Yes to install automatic backup at here click No.

When this screen is displayed select Yes… (default selection) then click on Finish

The PC will reboot Then install any patches and tools in accordance withtheir specific installation procedures

A Controcad project may only be created (cf 3.4.12) after theinstallation of the patches and tools

IV Cài đặt phần mềm Hotfix 06

4.1 Stop các chương trình Alspa P80, Controcad và SDA

- Vào control panel

- Click vào Administrator

- Click Service và Stop dịch vụ P320_PB_SERVER, P320_SYN_SEVER

4.2 Installaton hotfix 06

Double click file 4.2.1-SP1 - Hotfix 06.exe sẽ có màn hình giao diện hiển

thị như sau:

- Tại Unzip to folder chọn E:\P320 rồi kích vào Unzip

- Sau khi chạy xong khởi động lại dịch vụ P320_PB_SERVER, P320_SYN_SEVER

V Data Import

Sau khi cài đặt xong phần mềm CONTROCAD dữ liệu có thể được Import

từ máy CONTROCAD SERVER khác

5.1 Copy the file corresponding to the export file of the project exslalog.gz under the directory: E:\P320\Share\Ccad\

5.2 Select then: Start -> Programs -> CONTROCAD -> Project Administrator

5.3 Select: Project Name: slalog

New name: slalog

New project label: Server CCAD Spare

Path of the import file: E:\P320\Share\Ccad\

5.4 Chấp nhận: Kích OK Việc import có thể diễn ra khoảng 30-45phut

VI Generate code

6.1 Cắm key cứng vào máy tính

6.2 Khi Generate code cần có mạng internet

6.3 Khởi động CONTROLCAD

6.4 Vào tab Hard

6.5 Chuột phải vào Sla(frenferece) Edit WorkSpace

6.6 Chọn Generate Mode for current WorkSpace

6.7 Trong tab Generate Mode for current WorkSpace chọn “Manual” và kích Save.

6.8 Generate code cho HMI làm lần lượt từng HMI một không cần key nhưng phảikết nối mạng
