Trang 9BÀI VIẾT MẪU:
Money is not the most important thing in life
Money is certainly something which is often discussed in today’s world Hardly a day goes by without the subject of money being raised in most people’s lives However, it is highly debatable whether it is more important than other
considerations, such as health and fitness, which some people consider to be of greater significance
To begin with, it is often argued that having money enables people to exert
influence over other people Wealthy businessmen, for example, are often the most highly respected member of society, and business tycoons are often
consulted by world leaders, who then make policies that affect the whole
population, as a consequence, money can be seen as the single most important factor in daily life
Secondly, from the point of view of the individual, money is vital for survival Western society is structured in such a way that, without money, people are
deprived of the means to obtain proper nutrition and healthcare Furthermore, in some cases where state benefits are inadequate ,the inability to pay heating bills and indeed become a matter of life and death This is clearly illustrated by the fact that, according to Social Services , the majority of death due to hypothermia each winter occurs among low-income groups
On the hand , many people claim that one of the factors in which is undoubtedly
of greater important than money is health Izaak Walton said , health is “a
blessing that money cannot buy” What is more, money is of little consolation to those who are suffering from health problems Despite the fact that money can pay for the best medical care available, this is no guarantee of a longer life
In addition , most people would agree that personal happiness easily outweighs
Trang 10money in importance Even if an individual is extremely rich , this does not
necessarily lead to happiness In some cases , the contrary is true , the contrary is true and vast wealth brings with it a range of problems and in securities Genuine happiness cannot be bought and is usually independent of financial status
On the whole, although there are those who would rank money the single most important thing in life , the vast majority would disagree Money , they argue , has
an important part to play but perhaps the world would be a more harmonious place to live in if it was kept in proportion and society put more emphasis on moral issues
BÀI MẪU 2
Nowadays, there has been a continuing discussion over the relationship between
in life, money does nothing with happiness However, others oppose this
viewpoint this argument isand they think economic success makes everything, even happiness I am inclined to believed that money brings to us not only
physical material life but also spiritual life
To begin with, money plays an important part in our daily life Without it we
cannot buy fresh food, beautiful clothes and many other things that are needed in
to have a comfortable life Besides, living in a big expensive and luxury house seems to be wonderful for everyone A part from this, money is required to buy medicine when we are ill, to pay other services In truth fact, money is almost indispensable in for our survival
Secondly, there is another side to this argument in which of this is that money can give us not only the basic needs of life but also to pay for advancement
Thousands of students are unable to attend their course or continuing continue their studying because of being lack of money Thousands of patients are dying everyday because of not having enough money to pay for the doctor’s fees or the expensive operations
Trang 11Last but not least, it cannot be denied that without money people do not have chances to go traveling such as sightseeing, swimming or many other activities that entertain people In fact, money is spent much in those places that people visit For example, the food, the tour, the fare, the accommodation , All things that seem to cost much a big sum of money So if one does not have money where should he or she go but his hometown?
(On the other hand, it is claimed that happiness makes money because their love seems to direct toward their happiness But what will happen if their children do not have chance to go to school, or any modern equipments in their house?) redundant, unnecessary
All things considered, the obvious conclusion to be drawn is that both happiness and economic success are really important for people’s life I am inclined to believed that money is more important than happiness.?????? Most of our
activities are therefore directed towards earning as much money as possible
A well-structured essay
Good ideas
However, the conclusion is not good, because you don’t have to say which one is better: happiness or money The point is whether money brings happiness or not Possible score: 6/9
