MUC TIEU

1 Trinh bay va giai thich dtfdc tien trinh va cd chd cua qua trinh sinh tdng hdp hemoglobin.

1 SINH TONG H0P HEMOGLOBIN

1.1 Sinh tdng hcfp hem

3 ROI LOAN CHUYEN HOA HEMOGLOBIN

3.1 Rdi loan sinh tdng hdp hemoglobin

3.2 Roi loan thoai hda hemoglobin

- Benh mac phai (sd't ret, sot xuat huye't, nhilm trung, nmem doc dung moi htfu cd)

Nhtfng trtfdng hdp nay se tao ra mot ltfdng ldn bilirubin ttf do, khong dtfdc dua phan tfng

lien hdp d gan hetnen ndng do tang cao trong mdu (# 6-7mg%).

3.2.2 Vang da tai gan
