Organizational development is a fundamental and science-based process that assists organizations in establishing, enhancing, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes in order to increase their ability to change and achieve better effectiveness (Erik van Vulpen, 2019)

Globalization has a huge influence on human resource development and management VinFast considered a wide variety of practical adaptations in order to hire, train, retain, and support a workforce that is frequently dispersed across many nations with various cultural identities Human Resources departments had modified their ideas and methods to account for cultural variances, international rules, and technology advances (Natter, 2013)

performance It is thought that the type of leadership style used in a company affects its overall performance (Akparep, Jengre and Mogre, 2019) There are 4 style of leadership: dictatorial, autocratic, democratic and laisser-faire All 4 of them have different way to lead and use in different situation
Democratic leadership style is the most used style in VinFast VinFast encourage employees at all levels to exercise power and leadership in the workplace, regardless of their position within a company Its strength is the desire for honest and helpful input, as well as the readiness to be responsive to comments that may contradict the leader's desires and values The democratic leader develops a culture of innovation and creativity that ultimately supports organizational success by inviting new ideas and viewpoints

The set of beliefs, expectations, and practices that guide and shape the activities of all team members is known as organizational culture Consider it a set of characteristics that define a corporation A great corporate culture displays good characteristics that contribute to enhanced performance, whereas a dysfunctional company culture brings out characteristics that can stymie even the most successful firms (Wong, 2020)
