to statistics of Vietnam Industry Research and Consulting Joint Stock Company(VIRAC), despite the decline, the revenue of the clothing segment still contributesmore than 50% of total revenue of the whole fashion industry In addition, the trend ofonline shopping is increasingly popular and favored According to the predictions ofthe clothing industry, sustainable fashion and minimalist style are increasingly popular.From the above observations, it is feasible to build up a fashion brand followingminimalist style on e-commerce platform.That is also the justification for the advent ofbeYou, a minimalist fashion website

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

1.2 Target audience

The trend of minimalism is becoming more and more popular and is driven by manypeople Minimalism means going back to the basics and getting rid of unnecessarythings

We focus on modern women from 20 years old and above, with middle to highincomes; they can be refined elegance but also strong, simple but not monotonous.They are the ones who prioritize convenience, they have a minimalist wardrobe withitems that can be easily coordinated together as well as used for a variety of cases andstyles That doesn't mean they can't diversify themselves, are limited to a certainframework, or can't stand out They are also people who have endless creativity whenthey can bring a simple item many different transformations beYou's target audiencesalso have realistic personalities because they choose not to allocate their budgets toitems that are not practical and time-saving to combine

From the above characteristics, beYou's website is designed with elegant colors, themain colors are black and white – 2 basic and minimalist colors but also thefoundation of all other colors Moreover, navigation and website functions aresimplified to help customers experience and shop more easily, conveniently and savetime

We provide a Shopping Cart function that helps customers choose the products theywant to buy before making a buying decision, and at the same time, customers canchange their wish list to make the most satisfying final purchase decision

Buying processing:

● Step 1: visit beYou's website, select Shop category

● Step 2: Select the product category you want (Best seller, New in, Sale off, Top,Bottom, Outer)

● Step 3: Click on the product image you want to buy then choose the color andsize

● Step 4: Click "ADD TO CART" to add the desired product to the cart

● Step 5: Select the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the website tocheck the wish list, then you can apply coupons and proceed to check out

● Step 6: Fill in Billing details, order notes and check your order and choose apayment method

● Step 7: Click PLACE ORDER to complete the purchase procedure

To enhance customer experience, our Blog added a plugin named “Blog post Layout”

This is a most important feature for online clothing websites, we only choose goodquality website imagery because of the ability to grab customer attention, triggeremotion and even compel them to take action All of our images involve logo, banner,product, …are chosen in two criteria: size and ratio

The headers are all used in montserrat font sync because we want to simplify thewebsite in line with the minimalist concept that beYou is aiming for.

Color Palette:

Minimalist style is to simplify the design style in many different areas and simplifymany components such as lines, designs or decorative details Based on that we choosesimple colors that are easy to coordinate but still keep an elegant and attractive look

The contents on website are followed this color matching:

● Text content: #898181 – Rocket Metallic

● Button color: #CDCDCD – Light Grey

Navigation icons and symbols are taken from WordPress's library; logo andbrand-related images are designed by team members except for product imagesreposted from the original stores that supply the product to beYou

2.2.6 Navigation

With the goal of optimizing the customer experience, the page navigation bar locatedright below the logo at the homepage of the website Customers can easily find out thefunctions they need even when they first use our website

In full-screen mode, page navigations are represented in full in text on the navigationbar as shown below:

In miniature mode, navigation menus and links to social networks, search tools andadded to the cart will be integrated on the same navigation frame just below the logo.Links to the introductory, shopping, blog, and account management page in full-screenmode will be fully integrated in the navigation menu sign in the left corner below thelogo

With the explosion of information technology in this day and age, websites have asignificant role and influence on a business, especially small businesses that have alimited budget A sales website can be considered a useful means for businesses tointroduce, promote and sell and connect with customers Building a successful saleswebsite means a great deal in improving the customer experience Therefore,businesses can re-capture desired sales and control business operations more easily
