 Local process is run which produces High School Graduate data

 Data sent to NSC 3 times a year which typically corresponds with June, August and January Graduates

NASRIC Graduates NSC Database

 New Graduates are added to the NSC Database

 NSC searches for activity, enrollment and degree

information, for students in the database

 NSC returns data to NASRIC on students for the last 7 or 8 years

 Data is run through a local process to clean up duplicates and prepare for Level 1 load

 College Enrollment – what type of college (2 year / 4

year / UNK) did a student enroll in, in relation to their

post grad plan.

 4 Year Degree Attainment – how long did it take a

student to obtain a 4 year degree

 Both types allow filtering based on Diploma Type: Advanced

Regents, Regents, Local, Other or All

 After NSC Data is loaded into Level1, a SQL script is run that

aggregates data on a regional basis for our participating districts
